【4/19 更新】■初回について■1年生は履修登録済みですので、前日の4/22中に、LUNAの科目ページ内「お知らせ」と「授業レジュメ」フォルダが見れることを確認してください。編入生などで登録が完了していない人には別途連絡します。

受講のために準備するもの：インターネット環境。Youtubeの画面上の文字がよく見えるサイズのPCなど通信端末。レジュメ（事前にLUNAでデータを配布）。メモ帳・筆記用具。

①担当教員のメールアドレスをLUNAのお知らせに掲載する。質問などがある場合には、そこに示された方法で連絡いただきたい。

②オンデマンド型、動画配信でのオンライン授業を行う。授業予定日の朝9時00分【予定】から36時間の限定で配信する。その間に必ず視聴していただきたい。Youtubeでの配信を予定しており、URLは朝8時50分までにLUNA経由で関学メールに通知する。インターネット通信環境が必要。

③授業は、授業の流れを記したレジュメを使って説明を加えていく形式である。各回、授業の「前日」17時00分までにLUNAの「授業用レジュメ」フォルダにPDFデータをアップロードするので、前もって確認し、それを見ながら授業を視聴できるように準備していただきたい。★LUNA課題は授業に基づくので、レジュメは授業前にプリントアウトして、それにメモ等を入れながら授業を聞くことを強く推奨する。

④授業に基づき、また、補足的資料を提示して、LUNAで提出するリポート課題をしていただく。回答の方法は第3回（初回）授業で説明する。

Learning Goals

Students will acquire basic knowledge of (1) the history of Kwansei Gakuin, (2) importance of studying religions, (3) the Bible, (4) the life and teaching of Jesus Christ, (5) cultures of Christianity, and (6) brief history and contemporary status of Christianity.

授業目的/Course Purpose

本講義の目的は、学生が関西学院の建学の精神・スクールモットーを理解し、その理想の根底にあるキリスト教について基本的知識を習得することにある。

キリスト教学Aでは特に、関西学院の歴史、キリスト教をはじめ宗教を学ぶ意義、聖書、イエス・キリストの生涯と教え、キリスト教の文化、そしてキリスト教史の概略と今日におけるキリスト教の姿についての知識を習得する。

授業目的（英文）

Course Purpose

Kwansei Gakuin was founded in 1889 by Rev. Walter Russell Lambuth, a missionary of the Southern Methodist Episcopal Church in the United States. Ever since its founding, Kwansei Gakuin has educated the young based on the principles of Christianity. Throughout its history, the introductory courses for Christianity have been at the heart of our education. The main purpose of “an introduction to Christianity A and B” is therefore to provide students, specifically students with little or no exposure to Christianity, with the world view and the value system of Christianity through studying the Bible and the history of Christianity. Also this course explores the spirit and ideals of establishing of Kwansei Gakuin and its history.

“An Introduction to Christianity A” focuses on the following topics: (1) History of Kwansei Gakuin, (2) Reasons for studying Christianity and other religions, (3) The Bible, (4) Life and teachings of Jesus Christ, (5) Cultures of Christianity, and (6) Brief history and contemporary status of Christianity.

Overview for each class

<Listening>.. EC1 Listening covers 5 topics. In class, students listen to interviews about each topic and study accociated vocabulary. They practice using the language they have learned to answer questions about themselves.

<Reading> In class, students will practice intesive reading skills and learn vocabulary by reading articles and complee response tasks for the graded readers.

< Speaking＞EC1 Speaking has four main components: 1) students talk about themselves and their experiences, 2) students study practical English items, 3) students read and talk about a picture story, 4) students talk freely about a wide range of topics.

<Writing> Students will 1.) Practice writing on a given topic for a short period of time, 2.) Complete a task that involves useful grammar and vocabulary, and 3.) Learn the basic paragraph structure.

授業外学習

＜Listening＞.. Students will listen to dialogues and story books for homework. They will also study vocabulary.

<Reading> Students will read graded readers, write graded reader response tasks, take online quizzes, and study vocabulary.

<Speaking＞ Students will study models, memorise useful sentences, and learn vocabulary and grammar related to the speaking tasks. In addition, students should prepare for their speaking tests and practice in pairs outside class. They will also review practical language items.

<Writing> Students will complete grammar exercises, write short responses to reading tasks, and develop basic academic paragraphs.

& High Culture and Pop Culture.<Reading>..Students will complete reading skill and comprehension activities around a variety of texts as well as complete reading and vocabulary quizzes <Seminar> Students will develop an ability to discuss a topic for at least 5 minutes. Topics will require students to relate their lives to articles that were read in preparation.<Writing> Students will complete two two-draft

授業計画

<Presentation>.. Students will research and give two presentations in English, a poster presentation and a PowerPoint presentation. For each presentation, students will concentrate on several aspects of public speaking while using and improving on the skills practiced before.

<Seminar>..Students will study two units: Technology and Society, and Immigration. <Writing>..The majority of the course will be spent researching and writing academic essays. <Special Topics>.. The schedule for each Special Topics course will depend on the teacher and will be announced to students at the beginning of the class.

Students will be required to work individually or as a group to prepare and practice for their two presentations, one poster and one powerpoint presentation, and to do self reflections after the presentations have been completed. ＜Seminar＞..To prepare for the discussions, you will read articles, answer questions and research the topic on the internet. In the discussions, you will present, discuss, and explore the topics based on your reading and research. <Writing>..You will write academic essays as well as read articles and prepare for in- class quizzes. <Special Topics>.. Each Special Topics course will have different homeowrk associated with the topic.

■ 授業情報/Course Information

　新型コロナ対応のため、当面の間は、大学が定めた通り「オンライン授業」となります。

　第1回、第2回の講義に関する指示は、シラバス上で行います。シラバス上では十分な指示ができませんので、履修者が確定したら、後日、LUNAで補足連絡をします。第3回目以降の講義に関する指示はLUNAで行います。

　なお、成績評価の方法が変更になる可能性がありますので、

ご承知おきください。現状、「定期試験100%で評価する」となっていますが、「定期試験（または定期試験に代わるリポート）」で評価ということになると思います。

　定期試験が実施できなかった場合には、代替手段としてレポート課題にもとづく評価になることもありえます。

　この講義では、簡単な確率計算を取り扱います。よって、必要と考える人は、高校数学の復習をしておいてください。また、

統計学の講義の復習も役立つと思います。

　また、予習として、「リスク」「クライシス」といった言葉について、調べておくとよいと思います。

　「オンライン授業」の具体的方法を決定し、シラバスの内容を更新しました。授業方法、授業計画、成績評価の欄に変更がなされていますので、確認してください。

　なお、今後、対応方針を変更する可能性もあることを念のため申し添えておきます。変更がある場合は、その都度、受講生に、シラバスおよびLUNAで連絡をします。

　本講義は、「同時双方向型」ではなく「オンデマンド型」となります。

　「リスク・コミュニケーション」は、近年、化学物質、感染症、原子力発電など、様々な分野で注目されているキーワードの一つである。本講義では、「リスク・コミュニケーション」に関わる基礎的知識を講述するとともに、具体的事例を通じて、より良い「リスク・コミュニケーション」とは何かについて、受講生とともに考察することを試みる。

授業目的/Course Purpose 本演習の目的は、学生が、現在の国際貿易の分野における諸問題と政策課題（トランプ大統領の貿易政策、ＴＰＰ問題、ＷＴＯ体制など）を理解することである。
