10. 中嶋記念図書館の利用について

中嶋記念図書館は、学生と教職員の教育、学習、研究活動がいつでも行えるよう、24時間利用が可能な施 設です。また、学外の方も利用することが可能です。
(1) 開館時間
学生と教職員は、年間を通じていつでも使えます。図書の貸出、資料問い合わせ等の窓口業務は、学期 中、長期休業期間中などでやや異なります。
●利用時間（AIU学生）
※利用時間は都合により変更する場合があります。
なお学外者の利用時間は次の通りです。 平日 午前9:00〜午後10:00 土日・祝日 午前9:45〜午後6:00 (2) 利用方法
在学生と教職員は、身分証明書（IDカード）によりAIU図書館への入館および図書・資料の貸出を受け ることができます。学外者の場合は、図書利用の登録手続きにより図書館長の許可を経て図書利用カード が発行され、利用することができます。
(3) 館内利用 a. 開架図書
閲覧室において開架されている図書および雑誌等（以下「図書館資料」という。）はすべて自由に利 用できます。
*図書館内で閲覧した本は所定のブックカートに戻してください。
b. 閉架図書
閉架図書の閲覧を希望する場合は、レファレンスデスクの係員に申し出てください。
c. 指定（リザーブ）図書
図書館では、各教員から指定された図書（DVD、ビデオ、CDを含む）を「リザーブ」として預かっ ています。シラバスをご確認ください。利用希望者は、レファレンスデスクで申し込み、貸出期限など 指定された規則を必ず守って利用してください。
リザーブ図書の貸出しはレファレンスデスクにて申し込んでください。
●リザーブ図書の貸出しには教員名と資料タイトルの両方が必要です。
●申し込み用紙をレファレンスデスクで記入し、IDカードを添えて図書館係員に渡してください。
●リザーブ図書は館内閲覧のみとなっています。館内での貸し出し期間は１時間、２時間、３時間、当 日限定の図書があります。借りた資料は、カウンターサービス終了の30分前までに、責任をもって レファレンスデスクに返却してください。
●リザーブ図書は必ずレファレンスデスクに返却してください。返却ボックスには入れないでください。

---d. Digital Resources
There are 11 digital resources, E-Journals, E-Books and Databases to search for articles on magazines, newspapers and books. We provide ProQuest Central Information, and there are learning workshops featured about twice a year.
Please note the publishers prohibit the following actions;
・ Systematic and programmatic download
・ Usage beyond the private purpose
・ Reproducing and distributing
In case of violation of the above condition, the publisher will suspend license of AIU. Users are asked to comply with the license regulations.
〈E-Journals〉
●JSTOR
JSTOR offers a high-quality interdisciplinary archive to support scholarship and teaching. It includes archives of over one thousand leading academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, as well as select monographs and other materials valuable for academic work. The entire corpus is full-text searchable, offers search term highlighting, includes high-quality images, and is interlinked by millions of citations and references. Dates of coverage vary by journal title and go back to the first issue published, but most have a moving wall embargo that excludes issues; most issues are in the one to five year embargo range. Download is available through files such as PDF.
●ScienceDirect ---Social Science Subject Collection
ScienceDirect is a leading full-text scientific database offering journal articles from more than 2,500 peer-reviewed journals. Social science Subject collection service is now available.
〈E-Books〉
●EBSCOhost eBook Collection (NetLibrary）
NetLibrary eBook Academic Collection contains more than 130,000 titles across a wide range of subject areas. Titles are available online and users can search, browse or check-out these titles.

●ebrary Academic Complete
ebrary Academic Complete, the most comprehensive e-book package, provides access to more than 111,000 e-books collected from University Press partners and scholarly publishers covering a wide variety of subjects. The feature-rich tools such as Bookshelf and Info Tools assist your research activities and the responsive design enables you to access the collection through your mobile devices or tablets. Moreover, it is cross-searchable with ProQuest Central where e-book contents will be simply found on another tab. Therefore, you can start your search with ProQuest Central as usual to reach our e-book collection.
● Wiley Online Books---Usage Based Collection
Wiley Online Books combine quality content with the convenience, accessibility and functionality of electronic access, covering wide range of subjects such as Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Earth & Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences, Humanities, Life Sciences, Material Science, Mathematics & Statistics, Physics, and Social Sciences.
*Wiley Online Books, all subjects 15,000 titles, are available from September 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017

雑誌や新聞、電子書籍等の検索ができる電子資料（電子ジャーナル、電子書籍、データベース）を 11種類提供しています。ProQuest Centralに関しては、年２回ほど専門家による講習会が開かれ ます。
電子リソースの利用にあたっては、以下の事項は禁止されています。
・ 個人利用の範囲を超えた大量のダウンロード
・ 個人利用以外の利用
・ 複製や再配布
使用許諾条件に違反した場合、大学全体の利用制限等のペナルティが科せられることもありますの で、遵守してください。
〈電子ジャーナル〉
● JSTOR
JSTORは幅広い学術分野にまたがった1,000以上の学術ジャーナルのアーカイブです。提供され る全てのタイトルの創刊号から最新号の１〜５年前までのフルテキルトが収録されています。検 索方法はシンプルで、研究や教育に大いに活用できる多分野（人類学、芸術、アジア研究、古典 研究、教育学、歴史、言語学、法律、音楽、哲学、政治学、経済学）の文献フルテキストを原文 またデザインはそのままで閲覧することができ、PDFファイルでダウンロードすることも可能で す。
● ScienceDirect ---Social Science Subject Collection
ScienceDirectは、エルゼビア の科学・技術・医学・社会科学分野の2,500タイトル以上の電子 ジャーナルが見られます。現在、Social Science Subject Collectionが利用可能です。
〈電子書籍〉
● EBSCOhost eBook Collection (NetLibrary)
EBSCO（エブスコ）社のNetLibrary eBook Academic Collectionは、幅広い分野をカバーする約13 万点の電子書籍を収録しています。タイトルは24時間インターネット上で自由に閲覧でき、全文検 索や本文の閲覧が可能です。また、電子書籍１冊全体の貸出（ダウンロード）をすることもできます。
この場合、貸出期間は２週間となります。
● ebrary Academic Complete
ebrary Academic Completeは、広範な学術分野を網羅した11万以上のタイトルを収録する教育 機関向け最大の電子書籍コレクションです。本棚の作成や豊富な編集ツールにより研究活動を支 援する他、iOSやAndroidといったモバイル端末からのアクセスも可能です。データベースの ProQuest Centralから横断検索ができ検索結果が別のタブで表示されるよう設定されています。
● Wiley Online Books---Usage Based Collection
Wileyオンラインブックスは、化学、コンピュータサイエンス、工学、物理、 数学、統計、環境、
ライフサイエンス、医学、人文、経済、社会等、すべての学術分野を網羅したWiley発行の書籍の オンライン版です。
閲覧可能期間は2016年９月1日〜2017年3月31日となります。
〈Databases〉
●Britannica Online Japan
Britannica Online Japan delivers fast and easy access to high-quality, comprehensive information. The rich combination of the insightful Encyclopædia Britannica plus Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus, magazines and periodicals, and many other research tools provides the variety of reliable sources that students need to consult when conducting thorough research―all from one database.
●CiNii
The Citation Information by NII (National Institute of Informatics) provides academic periodicals, mainly focused on Japanese language papers. Academic articles searching is free to all users; however, access to the text of some academic articles is subject to charges. (For AIU member use only through the INTRA TOP page)
●LexisNexis Academic
Information search service provided by LexisNexis. This service provides access to full-text news from newspapers and magazines throughout the world, business, and legal publications, using a variety of flexible search options.
●NEEDS-Financial QUEST
NEEDS-Financial QUEST gives details of corporate attributes including listing status, accounting period, address, telephone number or name of representative. Historical data allows users to track changes, such as its exchange membership, or its listing within an index. Data is immediately updated in response to announcements by companies of forthcoming changes.
*This service is available from the terminal in the Nakajima Library, online database service section.
●Nikkei Telecom 21
Nikkei Telecom 21 distributes approximately 500 Nikkei/DJ Japan Reports, and the most recent news flashes in English on a daily basis. News pieces are updated on an almost-real-time basis.
●ProQuest Central
ProQuest Central is a multidisciplinary collection of resources in all key subject areas, with over 17,000 periodical titles as well as thousands of dissertations, newspapers, working papers, market and industry reports, as well as videos.
ｅ. Library Manners
● Eating and smoking within the Library are strictly prohibited.
● Let the library staff know if you happen to damage materials or facilities.
● Do NOT speak or behave in a way that might disturb others.
● Do NOT leave your belongings in the Library. Nakajima Library will not take responsibilities for any loss of your valuables.
● Library staff and student assistants will make rounds in the Library at regular intervals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
(4) Reference Service
Librarians are ready to provide students with assistance in using the resources including databases at Nakajima Library for their effective study and research at the Reference desk.
They also offer help in finding materials or the information on locations of books outside of the Nakajima Library. Basic information service which includes how to find and obtain books and articles, and how to conduct OPAC searches are also available.
(5) Request Materials
Fill out the book request form through OPAC.
"How to use OPAC" is available online through AIU home page.
(6) Interlibrary Loan Service
ILL is the abbreviation for Interlibrary Loan , which makes materials available between libraries.
This system makes it possible to borrow materials that are not currently available in the Nakajima Library.

● Britanica Online Japan
ブリタニカ国際大百科事典をベースとした知のポータルサイトです。このデータベースはブリタ ニカの小項目事典、大項目事典、国際年鑑で構成され、15万件以上の項目、1万点以上の写真・
図版などを収録しています。日本語版と英語版を提供します。
● CiNii
CiNii(the Citation Information by National Institute of Informatics)では、学協会（日本学術 会議の登録学術研究団体及び広報協力学術団体）で発行された学術雑誌と大学等で発行された研 究紀要の両方を検索し、検索された論文の引用文献情報（どのような論文を引用しているか、ま た、どのような論文から引用されているか）をたどったり、本文を参照したりすることができま す。
● LexisNexis Academic
LexisNexis社が提供する情報検索サービスです。5,900誌以上の情報源から、世界各国の新聞・
雑誌などのニュース、ビジネス情報、法律情報、医薬情報など幅広い情報がデータベースに収録 されています。
● NEEDS-Financial QUEST
NEEDS-Financial QUESTは、NEEDS (Nikkei Economic Electronic Databank System：日 経の総合経済データバンク）に収録されている経済・金融データをインターネットで提供するデ ータベースです。
※図書館1Fのオンラインデータベース専用端末より利用できます。
● Nikkei Telecom 21
日経テレコン21は、インターネットで提供する国内最大級のニュース＆データベースサービスで す。新聞・雑誌記事、企業情報、人事情報、マーケット情報や各種専門情報など、ビジネスに関 する幅広い情報を確かなリソースから簡単入手することができます。
● ProQuest Central
ProQuest Centralは、人文社会科学から自然科学分野まで、幅広い学術分野をカバーしたデータ ベースです。
ｅ. 図書館利用マナー
● 館内への食べ物の持込みと、喫煙はご遠慮ください。
● 図書資料、館内機器及びその他を誤って破損した場合は、レファレンスデスクに申し出てください。
● 館内では静粛にし、他の利用者に迷惑をかけるような行為は行わないでください。
● 荷物を置いたまま席を離れないで下さい。貴重品の紛失に関して、当館では一切責任を負いません。
● 職員や学生ワーカーが利用時間の確認などのため巡回し、声をかけることがあります。ご理解と ご協力をお願いします。
(4) レファレンス・サービス（参考調査）
レファレンスデスクでは、図書・雑誌の探し方、AIUオンライン蔵書目録(OPAC: Online Public Access Catalog)の使い方などの基本的な図書館利用に関するインフォメーションサービスの他に、質問 や調査事項に応じて、図書館資料やデータベースの利用法、他機関所蔵の資料案内や目録検索の手助けな ど学修及び調査研究の支援サービスを行っています。
(5)リクエスト
資料のリクエストが可能です。OPACから申し込んでください。OPACの使い方はホームページの図書 館ページを確認してください。
(6) ILLサービス
ILLとは「Interlibrary Loan」の略称で、「図書館間の資料相互利用」を意味します。ILLサービスを利 用すれば、本学に所蔵がない資料を他機関から取り寄せることができます。
ａ. 文献複写 …図書・雑誌のコピーの取り寄せができます。 図書・雑誌の一部分だけ読みたい場合に ご利用ください。
