エンディング（てかもはや後半部分全体；ω；）の段落は時間があまり割けなくてやっつ け感満載です。けれども最低限のメッセージは込めたつもりで、結果シンプルにまとまって よかったんじゃないかと思います。結論はシンプルに！ですね＾＾
～終わりに～
長いですね…（ry 参考になったかは分かりませんが、もしなにか気になることがあった ら気軽に聞いてください。そして、このスピーチはあくまで一例です。例を目標とするか自 分の理想に近づくための踏み台にするかは個人の自由です。ただまぁどうせならこれを踏 み台にしてステップアップしてくれることを願います＾＾がんばってください！
were thought to be threatening in the old world. Today, even if people know intellectually that it is wrong to discriminate against others, this “instinct” can easily be aroused when they hear the news of a horrible incident caused by outsiders. In the US, discrimination against Muslims has increased by more than 50% since the 9.11, according to Council on American Islamic Relations.
However, now, the world is changing. We also have to change. We are all living in a global world, where migration has been becoming an ordinary thing. Various people migrate for various reasons. It is natural for them to stay in the new country for the rest of their life, or to get married with a local people, giving birth to a child with 2 nationalities. The increase of second or even third generation immigrants and the mixture of race are proceeding. “Melting pots”
and “salad bowls” are generated all over the world. You have to be friends with foreigners whether you are young or old. With this situation, don’t you think it unnecessary to stick to nationality or race? Don’t you think it necessary for us to change the way we regard foreigners?
Surely, it is difficult to change people’s way of thinking. Some people still discriminate without hesitation, believing that every foreigner is just the same as the image they have. However, just giving a few thoughts to the image of Japanese would be enough to make them realize that they were wrong. The main images of Japanese are said to be “rich”, “wearing glasses”, and “punctual”. But do you think these images apply to all Japanese people?
No way. Some are poor. Some wear contact lenses. And some never come on time. Just like many of you Japanese people are different from the “image”, so are foreigners. Remember, foreigners are not different from us. Images cannot always be true. And each foreigner has his own personality, character, sense, and view. Even if one country is not on good terms with Japan, that never means all the people there have negative feelings against Japan. Even if one foreigner commits a crime, that never means all foreigners are criminals.
Regard them as “themselves”. This way, discrimination all over the world will fade away gradually, step by step. We can achieve true “global world”, which will benefit everyone.
You might wonder whether this is possible, after thousands of years of discrimination. I believe we can. People started to migrate freely only after the
late 20th century. We have faced this situation for only 50 years. 50 years is a very short span compared to thousands of years of the human history. It is natural that many people are still not accustomed to this situation, in which various kinds of people live together. But as time goes on, as the chances of knowing each foreigner increase, many people will surely realize the foolishness to discriminate against foreigners by regarding them as “themselves”. Less and less discrimination there will be, and finally, disappear.
In the world free of discrimination, more and more foreigners can feel free to fly around the world and contribute to each society with their knowledge, skills and power. More importantly, fewer and fewer foreigners will be hurt by heartless statements or behaviors. The key to this achievement lies in you, yourself—whether you can regard foreigners as “themselves”. As one of the foreigners living apart from homeland, I wish from my deepest heart that everywhere in this world will be home to everyone.

～なぜこのトピックを選んだか？～
名前から分かるように、私は中国人です。両親が留学生として日本に来て、そのまま日本で 就職したため私は日本で生まれ、日本語を母語として育ちました。
しかしそれでも私を「私」としてではなく「『中国人』のうちの1人」として見なす人が余り にも多かったので「そうではないんだよ!!!!!」という事を何年も前から、初めて差別を受け たときから社会に対して伝えたいと思っていました。何年も外に出せず、私の心の中で自問 自答してきた問題である「外国人差別問題」について「スピーチ」という形で外に出す事が出 来てとても嬉しかったです。
～苦労した点～
☆原稿編☆
①客観性を保つこと!!
実は中国人である私が外国人差別問題について公の場で発言していいのだろうか、と最後 まで迷っていました。同情票を集めようとしているのではないか、と思われたくなかったか らです。
だからスピーチ本文では自分が実際に受けた差別の話は最小限に留め、自分が第三者的な 立場にいるかのような文調にしました。また、普遍性を出すために日本だけでなく世界中で 実際に行われた差別の具体例も出しました。なぜ人類が外国人（人種）差別をするのかに ついても理系らしく（笑）生物の本能を調べるなどして自分なりの考えを出しました 。
Solutionも社会全体が一丸になって取り組むようなものというよりはむしろ個人がほんの 少し心がけることでできるようなこと、スピーチを聞いた直後から出来るようなことにし ました。Solutionは特にネイティブのジャッジから好評でした＾＾日本に限らず世界中に
いるMinorityの人たちはやはり固定観念に囚われず、自分を自分として見られたいようで
す。
②ユーモア
私はよく雰囲気が硬いと言われるので、文章中にユーモアを入れるようにしました。日本人 のイメージとしてよく挙げられるものを三つ述べたあとにそうではない、ということを言 う箇所がありますが、そこでUTESSの誰かさんを思い出しながら「Some never come on time!!!」と言うところが一番のお気に入りです笑（本番でもうけましたｗ）
★本番編★
①デリバリー
もともと私は人前で話すのがものすごく苦手（より正確にいうと怖い？）で、原稿がない と何を言えばいいのか分からなくて、原稿があっても棒読みになる傾向がありました笑 無理にジェスチャーを入れたり、派手に抑揚をつけたりするのも出来ません笑
まぁトピックも所謂「問題系」のものだので、自然に、私らしく、無理なデリバリーはしない でしっとりと話聞かせるようにすることに決めました。なぜこの文章をここで言っている のかを強く意識し、感情を込めて伝えることだけに集中しました。ジャッジからは評価が分 かれ、「今のでも良いけどやはりジェスチャーはあった方がいい」というジャッジもいれば
「自然だし、言いたいことが十分伝わってくる。無理にジェスチャー入れない方がいい」とい うジャッジもいました。まぁジェスチャーに関してはよほど自然に見せないと減点される 可能性が高いように思いますので自分の好きなようにしたら良いと思います笑
ただ、一つだけ大事なことがあると思います。それは「誠実さ」だと思います。仮にロジック が完璧でデリバリーも神がかっていても、オーディエンスに対し誠実にスピーチをしない と何か心に響かないように思えます。本当に心から伝えたいと思っている、ということがオ ーディエンスに伝わるだけで印象がぐっと変わるように思えます。実際このスピーチがこ こまで高い評価を得られたのは心が込もっていたからだと思います。（たくさんのジャッ ジにそう言われました＾＾）
～メモライ・QA対策～
・・・いつも大会の2、3日前になってからやっと原稿を覚え始めますのでQA対策とか出 来るわけがn(ry←良い子の皆さんは真似しちゃいけません!!
しかし、（あくまでも私の信念ですが）QA対策はスピーチが完成した地点で出来ているべ きだと思います。全てのデータを集め、思考の試行錯誤をし尽くしてから7分のスピーチに
まとめていたらどんなQAが来てもなんとかなるような気がします♪また、そこまで徹底 的に内容にこだわってスピーチを書き上げたらメモライもあっという間に出来ると思いま す☆（でもメモライは計画的にね＾＾←）
～最後に～
スピーチは論文とは違います。論理はもちろん最低必要条件ですが、それが十分条件なわけ ではないと信じてます。
なぜ自分がこの問題を考えているのか？なぜここでこの単語/文章を使うのか？なぜここで こんなデリバリーをするのか？どうやったらオーディエンスに心が伝わるか？・・・etc
これらの問題を自分で考えて自分で答えを出していいスピーチを作り上げて下さいね♪
