［EB56］本会合において、ver.10が採択された。特に抜き取り検査と差し止めにおけるプ ロセスと、再認定プロセスの短縮とAEとDOEに対する不平や口論を扱うための 進行中の手順が簡素化・明確化された。改訂版CDM認定手順の実施に対して２ヶ 月の猶予期間を与えることで同意した（発効日は2010年11月17日）。発効日後 に改訂版CDM認定手順は、認定活動の段階で適用することが明らかになった。
