Ⅰ. フィンランドの経済動向と繊維産業
だまだアパレルメーカーが繊維業界では強い立場にあると見られる。なお二番目に大きなシェア
（40%）を有するのは、カーペットやロープ、不織布などアパレル以外の分野であり、アパレル用 織布業の割合は小さいと見られる。
なお国内繊維生産のうち、輸出に向けられる割合は、この10年間、コンスタントに3〜4割であ る。アパレル類に限っても、4割が輸出に向けられている。

た。アパレル類はそれほどでもないが、テキスタイル・糸類はこの10年間でほぼ2倍である。
テキスタイル・糸類の中で特にウェイトが大きいのは不織布や、グラスファーバーなどの産業用 品である。テキスタイル・糸類の中でこの品目だけが、輸出超過となっており、フィンランドの 繊維産業の得意分野だと考えられる。二次製品、合繊織物、綿織物が後に続く。アパレルの中では、
女性用布帛衣類のウェイトが高く、金額も伸びている。
地域別で見ると、テキスタイル・糸類はEU向けが5割
には遠いスペイン向けがウェイトとしては一番大きく、金額も増加傾向にある。スペインは1996
一方、ヨーロッパ以外との関わりは小さい。
アパレル輸出については、隣接するスウェーデン、ロシア、エストニアの3国向けで5割を占め る

（3）輸入
他の先進国と同様に、フィンランドもここ数年間で、急激にアパレル類の輸入が増加している。
この10年間では7割増である。しかしテキスタイル・糸類の輸入も4割近く増加している。
品目別に輸入を見ると、やはり増加が著しいのはアパレルやホームファッションなど二次製品で ある。
国別では、EU域内からのテキスタイル・糸類の輸入が7割を占め、EU依存が強い。しかしアパ レル類に関してはEU域内からの割合は4割を切っており、人件費が安価な東欧やアジア諸国に広 がっている。中国がトップで2割のシェアを有している。2位はエストニアが1割のシェアで続く。
エストニアに関しては、フィンランドからのテキスタイル輸出が多いことから、持ち帰り輸出して いると考えられる。

化合繊はこの5年間で5割増と大幅な増加を見せている。なお、ウール製は減少傾向にある。

アンサンブル類に関してはおおよそ合繊製、綿製ともに40%のシェアがあり、

（4）輸入浸透度
2000年の数字で、繊維全体の輸入浸透度は既に7割を超えている。
近年はテキスタイル・糸類については、輸入が増えているものの、生産指数及び輸出も伸びる傾 向にあるため、輸入浸透度には大きな変動はなく、一方、アパレル類は、生産指数の急激な低下、
輸入の急増、輸出の停滞などから輸入浸透度が大きく上昇していると予想される。
