And a Japanese technician is being wrapped in a chronic feeling of busyness and a feeling of the exhaustion. MOT (Management of Technology) is proposed to get rid of it from such a scene. Because I went through the point of view for a Japanese enterprise to make MOT succeed to look for it, I tried “An Research and suggestions about Improvement by MOT Innovation Power for the Japanese Enterprise”. Japanese universities are imitated to US and EU MOT and MBA Program. An original MOT program is necessary so that a Japanese enterprise may win against the West enterprise. The Important things (The Power of MOT Innovation) are recognition, understanding and permeation of the Core Competence, and strengthen The Power of development. Now, it is necessary that the MOT curriculum which is characteristic in Japanese Enterprise. It is important that the point of view for “Our company value starting point” in that time. “Our company value starting point” is the MOT curriculum which is characteristic in Japanese Enterprise.
