At a podium ceremony, the top 3 riders of each race distances and age category will receive medals and prizes.
The King of the Mountains (KOM) prize will be awarded to the first rider over the KOM counting point.

Specific Regulations of Niseko Classic
１、主催者／Organizer2018 ニセコクラシックは、国際自転車競技連合（UCI）の規制の下に UCI グランフォンドワールドシリーズのラウ ンドとして、一般社団法人北海道イベンツにより主催され、（公財）日本自転車競技連盟により競技を主管される。 当大会は 2018 年 7 月 8 日に行われる。さらにサポートイベントとして、HCF2018 個人タイムトライアル大会を 2018 年 7 月 7 日に行う。
The 2018 Niseko Classic is organized by Hokkaido Events Corporation under the regulations of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and managed by the Japan Cycling Federation (JCF) as a round of UCI Grand Fond World Series. Itis to take place on 8th July 2018. Also HCF 2018 Individual Time Trial is organized on
7th July 2018 as a support event. ２、大会の形式／Event Format 2018 ニセコクラシックは、UCI 加盟国内連盟の登録競技者が参加できる。この大会は UCI グランフォンドワール ドシリーズ競技日程に登録されている。当大会は北海道自転車競技連盟のポイントレースであり、UCI グランフォ ンドワールドシリーズランキングの他に下記のポイントが付与される。※HCF ポイントクラスは A（150P）クラスと する。HCF2018 個人タイムトライアル大会には，2018 ニセコクラシックの参加者のほか、16 歳以上または高校 生以上の登録競技者が参加できる。HCF ポイントクラスは E（60P）クラスとする。
The Niseko Classic 2018 is open to riders who are the members of a UCI affiliated nationalfederations. This event is registered in the UCI Gran Fond World Series (UGFWS) calendar.This event provides Hokkaido Cycling Federation (HCF) ranking points. Furthermore, otherpoints will be awarded as follows besides the UGFWS rankings. ※HCF race points are A150points.
HCF 2018 Individual Time Trial is open to licensed men/women riders other than participants of Niseko Classic 2018 as well as riders who participate to the Niseko Classic 2018. HCF race points are E60 points. ３、参加資格と参加区分／Eligibility for Participation and Category
16 歳（高校生年齢）以上の男女で UCI 加盟国内連盟の登録競技者及び、臨時登録者とする。年齢は、各暦年中 に達する年齢で区分けする。なお、UCI グランフォンドワールドシリーズ年齢区分外での参加はオープンカテゴリ ー区分参加とする。
Men and women aged 16 (high-schoolers) and older who are the members of a UCI affiliated national federations or hold a day license. Participants will be classified according to how old he/she turns or turned within the year.
Participants that are not classified in the UCI age category will be classified as Open category. ４、大会競技本部／Race Headquarter
スタート時の大会本部は下記の場所に、2018 年 7 月 8 日（日）の 05:00 から 18:00 まで開設される。 【ニセコグラン・ヒラフ】スタート／フィニッシュ地点
At starting time, the Race Headquarter shall be open at the following location from 5:00 to 18:00 on (Sun) 8th July 2018. 【Niseko Grand Hirafu】Start/Finish point
５、受付／Assembly 参加選手は、ニセコグラン・ヒラフ・ドットベースにてライセンスコントロールを行い、ボディナンバー・フレームプレ ート・トランスポンダを受け取らなければならない。 ※7 月 6 日（金）12:00～16:00 ※7 月 7 日（土）06:00～06:30・12:00～14:30 なお、ライセンスコントロールは競技ライセンス保持者と臨時登録者の窓口をそれぞれ分けて行う。 ライセンスコントロール後、コミセールパネル出席の下で開催されるライダーズミーティンングへ出席し説明を受け なければならない。※7 月 7 日（土）16:00～16:30
６、選手招集・出走登録／Rider Assembly & Sign-up
140km コース・70km コースともに、参加選手はそれぞれの会場内に設置された、サインシートへ選手本人が直 接署名し出走意思を確認する。その後指示に従いスタート地点へ移動する。
Every riders who registered 140 km or 70 km races should sign the sign-up sheet prepared in the event venue in order to confirm his/her start. After that, riders should be instructed to move to the starting point. ７、共通機材支援／Neutral Support
ニュートラルサービス（共通機材サービス）競技上の支援は、アメアスポーツジャパン（マビック）およびシマノによ り行われ、ニュートラルモト 6 台及びニュートラルカー4 台を用意する。フリーホイール・ギアカセットはカンパニョー ロおよびシマノ、10 速、11 速とする。
There will be neutral support by Amer Sports Japan, Inc., (MAVIC) and SHIMANO. Also, 6 neutral support motorbikes and 4 vehicles will be provided. The prepared freewheel shall be Campagnolo and Shimano gear cassette (10-speed, 11-speed).
８、補給場所・グリーンゾーン／Feed Zone・Green Zone(= Waste zone)
飲食料補給区間を 68.1km 地点・よしくに自然公園および 17.6km 地点・黄金温泉にて設置する。また、飲料ボト ル、食料袋等の投棄は、指定された補給区間とグリーンゾーン以外において禁止する。
Feed zone will be set up at 68.1 km point in Yoshikuni Natural Park and at 17.6km point in Kogane Onsen. Also, the throwing-away of a water bottle, a food bag and so on is prohibited, except in the specified feed zone or green zone (= waste zone).
９、制限時間／Time Limits コース上で棄権した競技者は収容車が来るまで道路の左側で待ち、収容車に乗って大会本部まで戻ってこなけ ればならない。 先頭競技者より一定時間遅れて走行している競技者へはサグワゴン審判員より競技失格を告げる。 主催者は関門を設ける。全てのレースにはコース上に関門を設け、予め決められた制限時間内に通過できない 競技者は関門において失格とし、その競技から除外する。 第一関門 神仙沼関門 8:35 第二関門 よしくに関門 9:35 第三関門 日の出関門 11:15 第四関門 ニセコ関門 11:50
Riders who have abandoned the race must wait at the left side of the road for the sag wagon to arrive, be picked up and carried to the Race Headquarter.
Riders who have dropped a certain time behind the leading rider will be disqualified by the commissaires who board on the sag wagon.
The organizer shall set checkpoints. With setting checkpoints along the course for every race, the organizer will have the discretion to disqualify riders who have not reached the checkpoints within the predesignated time and eliminate them from the race.

１０、個人タイムトライアルについて／ Individual time trial ロードレース前日の 7 月 7 日（土）サンモリッツ大橋特設コースにて個人タイムトライアルを行う。 個人タイムトライアルで使用する自転車は、翌日のロードレースで使用する自転車と同じものとし、下記の機材は 使用できない：タイムトライアルバー、ディスクホイール、タイムトライル専用フレーム 競技者はスタート時刻 15 分前までに スタートエリア内にてバイクチェックを受け、スタートエリアより出てはならな い。競技者のスタート順およびスタート時間は予め主催者が決定し、各競技者ともに決められたスタート時間より 計測を開始する。
Individual time trial takes place at St.Moritz bridge course on (Sat) 7th July, the day before the road race.
The bike used for the Time Trial shall be the same bike as used for the Road Race. The following equipment is not allowed: time trial bars, disc wheels, time trial specific frame.
The rider shall go through a bike inspection and be at the start area 15 minutes before the start time. The starting order and timing of individual time trial shall be determined by the organizer and all riders are to follow the decision.

山岳賞順位は、140km パノラマライン神仙沼の対象登坂および 70km 蘭越新見の対象登坂で競われる。 山岳賞地点を１位で通過した各エイジカテゴリーの競技者には、山岳賞として賞を授与する。
ただし、この賞は UCI 規則に則したものではない。山岳賞の 1km 手前を示す標識については、以下の図のよう なポイントの標識をもって示すこととする。
The King of Mountain Classification will be contested over the designated climb in the course of 70km at Rankoshi Niimi and 140 km at Panorama Line Shinsen Marsh. The King of the Mountains (KOM) prize will be awarded to the first rider over the KOM counting point from each age category.
However, this prize is not in conformity with the UCI regulations.
To notify 1.0 km from the KOM counting point, a signboard as following picture will be posted. １２、スプリント賞／Sprint Classification
スプリント賞順位は、140km コース共和町内の対象区間で競われる。
スプリント賞地点を１位で通過した各エイジカテゴリーの競技者には、スプリント賞として賞を授与する。

A Sprint Classification will be contested over the designated section, located in Kyowa-cho Town.
A competitor that recorded the fastest time on the designated section from each age category are awarded the Classification.
This is not an official Classification under the term of UCI.
To notify 1.0 km from the counting point, a signboard as following picture will be posted.
１４、ヘルメットの着用／Helmets
競技者は、その所属する国の公認ヘルメットを着用しなければならない。
Riders must wear approved helmets that meet safety standards of their countries. １５、ボディナンバー・フレームプレート・トランスポンダの装着／
Body Number, Frame plates & Timing Transponders Placement
ボディナンバー・フレームナンバーは所定の位置へ正しく装着する事。競技者は主催者により提供される識別番 号を、いかなる種類の変更をも加えることなく使用しなければならない。計測はトランスポンダを使用するので、競 技者は自転車の所定箇所にトランスポンダを装着すること。
レース終了後、会場内の計測チップ返却所（図参照）にてトランスポンダを返却する事。
Body numbers and frame plates are to be affixed as required. The identification numbers provided by the organizer shall be used by riders without any kind of alteration. A transponder will be used to time the race. Therefore, make sure that the transponder is attached to your bike correctly.
After finishing the race, return your transponder to the “Timing Device Return” located within the venue (view the map)

１６、コミュニケ配布／Distribution of Communiqués
コミュニケは、ニセコグラン・ヒラフ・ドットベース前（図参照）にて設置するコミュニケボードおよび大会ウェブページ にて貼り付ける。
Distribution place will be the communiqué board installed in the front of the Niseko Grand Hirafu .Base building (view the figure) and on official website.
１７、走行上の注意／Notes
競技者及び、車両は原則として道路の左側を走ること。緊急車両の走行はレースよりも優先される。
In principle, riders and vehicles should keep left side of the road. Emergency vehicles have the right of way. １８、負傷時について／Injury during the race
競技中の事故による負傷は、救護班による応急処置までとし、その後の処置は参加者本人の責任とする。 In a case of injury during the race, the organizer’s medical team only provides an emergency treatment. A participant is responsible for the full checkup and treatment after the race.
１９、保険について／Insurance
参加者は傷害保険と第三者賠償保険加入を基本とし、主催者側が加入した保険の範囲及び応急処置以外の責 を求めないとする。また、海外参加者は日本国内で有効な保険に加入のこととする。
Participant is obliged to have both personal accident insurance and third party liability insurance. Overseas participant is obliged to have an insurance policy that is valid in Japan. Beyond the coverage of organizer’s insurance policy and emergency treatment given during the race, a participant is not to assume obligation in accordance with her or his responsibility.

蘭越ランラン公園・駐車場案内図／70km Road Race Start Venue
１、会場出入り口・車両動線について／Venue Entrance, Traffic Line
蘭越ランラン公園会場入口を国道 5 号線側へ設け、進入車両の動線は一方通行とする。一旦進入した車両は 道道 229 号線側、豊国橋出口を利用する。
Entrance and traffic line within venue is one way. No reverse running. Entry from Route 5, exit from Route 229.
２、参加者・競技車両・関係者駐車場について／Parking Area
参加選手・同伴者および競技車両、大会関係者の駐車場を下記図面の地点へ設ける。
参加選手・同伴者、関係者車両はレーススタート 15 分前よりスタート後まで一切の移動を禁止とする。 競技車両はレーススタート 15 分前までに所定の位置へ移動し、待機する事。
All vehicles, including Race Vehicles, Event participants, Race participants etc. must park their vehicles in this area.
Vehicles cannot be moved from 15 minutes prior to Road Race start, until all riders have begun racing. ３、蘭越町役場駐車場の利用について／Rankoshi Town Hall Parking Area
蘭越ランラン公園内駐車場の使用が多数の駐車車両により手狭になった場合の臨時駐車場として、 蘭越町役場前に臨時の駐車場を設ける。なお、使用は競技車両以外の車両とする。

３．ゼッケン装着上の注意 / How to attach the race number on your cycle jersey. ゼッケンの装着は下図の通りとする。ゼッケンを縮小させたりしないこと。
４．車番の取付け/ How to attach the number plate on your bike. 車番の取付けはトップバーの下もしくはシートポストに固定する。 Bike Number to be placed under the top-tube or on seat posts.
トランスポンダの取り付けと返却／Timing Chips
受付の際に各選手に計測チップとタイラップをお渡しします。
“POWERTAG”(hereinafter called timing chip) and 2 zip ties will be provided at the reception. 計測チップは、下図を参考にして指定の位置に確実に装着してください。（左右どちら側でもＯＫです） 正しく装着されていなかったり、装着せずに出走された場合は測定できませんのでご注意ください。 Please put the timing chip on the front fork properly. The following picture is for your reference. If the timing chip is not attached properly, we won’t be able to record your time.
サイクルコンピュータのセンサーは、計測チップを装着しているフォークの反対側のフォークに取り付けてくださ い。サイクルコンピュータのセンサーと計測チップの位置が近いとどちらも動作しなくなる場合があります。 Please make sure to cable tie the timing chip on the front fork opposite your cycle computer if you have one.
Otherwise these two devices won’t work. 計測チップの動作チェックは完了しています。
All timing chips has already tested and operational.
取り付け方法
How to attach Power Tag
①タイラップをチップに通します ②フロントフォークに取り付けます ③余った分を切り取ります Put two zip ties through your timing chip. Attach your timing chip to the front fork. Cut off the extra zip
レース終了後に主催者もしくは返却所に返却してください。
Please return your timing chip after the race at UCI Grand Fond Niseko Classic.
タイラップ切り取り時に使用するニッパーをフィニッシュエリア地点通過後にご用意しておりますので、トランスポン ダの取り外しはご自身にて行ってください。
Use cutting pliers prepared at Finish area and remove timing Chips by yourself.
トランスポンダを返却されなかった場合は 1 万円をお支払い頂きますので、必ず返却ください。 In case the timing chip went missing or not returned, rider must pay 10000yen replacement fee.
個人タイムトライアル／Individual time trial
１、受付・ゼッケン交付／Registration / Bib Distribution
個人タイムトライアルのゼッケン交付は大会前日の 7 月 6 日（金）12:00～16:00 および大会当日 7 月 7 日（土） 06:00～06:30 ニセコグラン・ヒラフ会場にて行う。
Bib distribution for the Individual Time Trial will be available at Niseko Hirafu venue from 12:00 to 16:00 on (Fri) 6th July or from 6:00am to 6:30am on (Sat) 7th July.
２、開会式・注意事項の説明／Opening Ceremony / Explanation of Notes
7 月 7 日（土）06:30 よりニセコグラン・ヒラフ会場にて開会式および注意事項の説明を行うので参加する事。 Opening ceremony and explanation of notes will be done at the main venue, Niseko Grand Hirafu, from 6:30am on (Sat) 7th July. All riders must attend.
３、会場間移動／Transportation to start area
競技者は各自スタート時刻 15 分前までにサンモリッツ大橋特設コース内スタートエリアへ各自移動する。 なお、道路規制は行ってないので交通ルールを順守し移動する事。※会場間の動線は MAP 参照
All participating riders must ride on their own bike to the start area at St. Moritz bridge 15 minutes before your individual starting time. Please follow the local traffic rules when you ride a bike. There is no traffic control between the main venue and the start area of this individual time trial race venue .restricted.
４、競技の流れ／Race
サンモリッツ大橋特設コース内スタートエリア到着後、競技者はバイクチェックを受け、出走までの間スタートエリ アより出てはならない。バイクチェックを受けた競技者はサインボードへ出走サインを行い、スタートグリッドにて待 機する。スタート間隔は 30 秒とし、前の競技者がスタートした時点で競技役員の誘導に従い前輪前端をスタート ラインへ合わせて保持し、競技者はカウントダウンタイマーの信号によりスタートする。
After arriving to the St.Moritz bridge Individual Time Trial strat area, riders shall go through bike inspection and not allowed to go out from the start area during the period until start time.
After the bike inspection, riders shall signature on sign-board and await at start grid.
When the previous rider has started, the rider shall step forward and keep the front end of the front wheel in line with the start line according to the guidance of the official commissaries and shall start at the signal of count-down timer in intervals of 30 seconds.
５、計測／Timing
計時は予め設定されているスタート時刻より行う。スタート時刻に遅れた競技者の計時は設定時刻でのスタートを 行ったものとし計時する。
Timing shall start at the starting time determined in advance. The rider that has been late for the start time, the timing will be counted from the start time determined in advance.
６、フィニッシュ後／After Finish
走行後の競技者は速やかにフィニッシュラインを離れ、補給水を受取りスタートエリアから離れる。
上位入賞者の表彰式、およびリザルト掲示はニセコグラン・ヒラフ会場にて行うので速やかに移動する事。 なお、道路規制は行ってないので交通ルールを順守し移動する事。※会場間の動線は MAP 参照
After the finish, the riders shall immediately from the finish line, receive a bottle of water and leave the start area. The Award ceremony and the results will be held/noticed at the main venue area (Niseko Grand Hirafu). When transporting to the main venue, riders must follow the traffic rules as traffic is not restricted.

Race Vehicles’ Traffic Line
車両離脱ポイントはフィニッシュ 1.1km 手前のひらふ十字街交差点とし COM1, COM2,サグワゴン、ドクターカー 以外は離脱ポイントより左折し迂回路に入り、レースは直進とする。
All Race Vechiles except for COM1, COM2, sag wagon, doctor car, must turn left at Hirafu intersection and move to Race Vehicle parking area.
足切関門体制／Check Points
１、足切関門の役割／Function of Check Points
公道を使用する関係上，ある一定の時間より遅れた競技者に打ち切りを宣告し競技失格させるのが足切関門の 役目である。規制開始より解除までの時間を短時間にすることと、参加競技者の完走したい要望を兼ね合わせ、 各足切関門の制限時間を設定している。
In terms of the use of public roads, it is the Check point’s function to declare competitors who are later than a certain period of time to discontinue and disqualify from the race. We set the time limit for each Check point base on both requirements the participants and to shorten the time of road restriction.
２、設置場所／Location
当大会での足切関門地点は４箇所設定しており、それぞれに制限時間を設けている。関門所手前 1km、関門地 点に以下の看板を設置する。足切関門箇所については下記一覧および MAP を参照。

３、足切関門での打ち切り／Cut Off
足切関門にて打ち切りを宣告された場合は足切関門審判員の指示に従うこと。制限時間を通過した時点で審判 員は赤旗を大きく左右に振り、打ち切りの合図を行う。打ち切りを宣告された競技者は審判の誘導に従い関門所 へ移動し自転車を降車。関門記録員へ自身の氏名・番号を伝え回収トラックへ自転車を積み込み、回収バスにて、 大会会場まで移動する。
Rider that had been declared the disqualification, must follow the order of commissaries at check point. At the timing of Cut off time, commissaries will waving a red flag as a signal. The rider that has been cut-off, shall follow the commissaries order to get off the bike and pass your name, bib number to the recorder, load your bike onto the truck and then move to the main venue by the official pick-up bus.
４、足切関門審判員について／Check Point Commissaries
足切関門審判員は足切関門におけるすべての監督権を持つものとする。打ち切りは，関門審判の判断により行う ものとし、打ち切り競技者へ対し赤旗を大きく左右に振り、打ち切りの合図を行う。足切関門所において失格とな った競技者の状況は、無線・電話等で本部に報告を行う。足切関門撤去後，速やかに足切関門における状況を 本部に報告する．
Check point commissaries have all rights of supervisor at the Check point. Declaration of disqualification shall make the decision by the check point commissaries and shall make the signal by waving the red flag. ５、足切関門の計時と記録／Timing and Recording
足切関門設置に先立ち標準時計（電波時計）に時間を合わせ競技者の足切関門通過時刻を計時するものとする。 足切関門審判員は、打ち切り競技者の、氏名，番号、回収時間を記録し、足切関門撤去後速やかに審判長及び、 大会本部に報告しなければならない。
The clock with the Japanese standard time (radio clock) shall be set at each check point for taking timing of cut off. The commissaries shall record the name, bib number and disqualified time of the disqualifier rider and promptly report to the chief commissaries and event head office after the check point removal.

１、補給所について／Feed Zone
競技者の安全と健康状態を守るため、コース上に補給所（フィードゾーン）を設定する。いかなる場合にも飲食物 の補給は主催者の監督下において行わなければならない。
In order to ensure the safety and health condition of the competitors, the feed zone is set along the course. In any case of food or drink supply shall be made under supervision of the organizer.
２、グリーンゾーンについて／Green Zone
UCI サイクリング・フォア・オール規則 15.1.012 に基づき、コース上３か所に「グリーンゾーン」を設置する。競技 者はグリーンゾーン以外でのゴミ投棄を禁止とする。
As noted on UCI Cycling for All 15.1.012, three separate Green Zones (= waste zone) shall be allocated. Outside from the zone, participants are prohibited to litter.
３、設置場所／Location
当大会での補給所・グリーンゾーンは３箇所設定しており、補給所・グリーンゾーンの手前 5km、補給所・グリーン ゾーン開始地点に以下の看板を設置する。設置箇所および提供物品については下記一覧および MAP を参照。 There are 3 Feed zone / Green zone along the course. スポーツドリンク・水を別々のボトルに入れ、補給役員から走行中の競技者へ手渡しとする。走行中に補給を受け る際は周囲に十分注意を払う事。
The water and sports drink will be served in a different bottle and shall be served from the feed zone staff to
riders. The riders shall be careful being served while riding the bike. ５、補給食の提供／Supplement Foods
補給所内にエイドステーションを設け OS-1 および補給食の提供も行う。競技者は自転車を降車し、自ら OS-1 お よび補給食を手に取る必要がある。エイドステーションへ進入する際は役員の誘導に従い、後続の自転車への注 意を怠らない事。
エイドステーションへの進入動線は図面上の青い矢印を参照。
An Aid station will be set up at feed zone area and supplement foods and OS-1will be also served. Riders that are willing to take the supplement foods or OS-1, shall ride off its bike and take it by yourself. When entering to Aid station riders shall be careful of the following riders and follow the entering flow mentioned with the blue arrow on the map below.
６、投棄方法／Littering
競技者はボトルを捨てる場合、補給所前後の投棄エリア（グリーンゾーン）にて投棄する事。グリーンゾーン以外 の投棄、ネット以外への投棄は禁止とする。投棄エリア内設置のグリーンネットへ投棄。
Throwing any trash/bottles are allowed within Green Zone (allocated before and after the feed zone). Littering is not allowed beyond the zone.
