１、出場権について／Rights to Participate
UCIグランフォンドワールドシリーズの各大会において、ワールドチャンピオンシップの出場権が付与される。
レース終了後、各エイジカテゴリー上位 25％の競技者にワールドチャンピオンシップへの出場資格が授与され、
ワールドチャンピオンをかけた戦いへの参加が可能となる。各年齢別カテゴリーの上位３名についてはスタート総 数にかかわらず、ただちにワールドチャンピオンシップへの出場権が認められる。上位 25％はゴールした競技者 の総数ではなく、スタート時の競技者総数をもとに求められる。
これに加え、シーズン中に3つの予選大会に出場する競技者にはワールドチャンピオンシップへの出場権が与え られる。当該選手は年齢別カテゴリーにおいて上位 25％でフィニッシュする必要はない。特別参加枠に関する質 問は[email protected] までお問い合わせられたい。
Each UGFWS event will grant participation rights for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships.
By the end of each race, the first 25% athletes of each age group will be awarded with guaranteed entry to the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships and be able to race for the World Champion title. The first three of each age category will always qualify directly for the World Championships, independent of the number of starters in that age group. Riders have to finish the race to be qualified. The 25% is calculated based on the number of starters, not on the number of finished riders.
In addition, riders who participate in 3 qualifier events during the season will also get their ticket to The World Championships. They don't have to finish in the 25% first in their age category. Please contact [email protected] to ask for your wildcard.
２．参加登録について／Registration
出場枠を獲得した各エイジカテゴリーの選手名はUGFWSウェブサイトでアナウンスされ、eメールで招待状が送 られる。なお、参加登録は e メール招待状リンク先のワールドチャンピオンシップ公式ウェブサイトでのみ受け付 ける。UCI グランフォンドワールドシリーズでは、各エイジカテゴリーの上位 50％の選手の記録が保持される。こ れは
上位25％の選手が世界選手権大会に参加できない場合に備え、出場枠を再調整するための処置である。
The winners of the slots will be announced on the UGFWS website and will be invited by e-mail.
Registrations for the World Championships are only possible via a registration form on the website of the World Championships. The UCI Gran Fondo World Series will keep records of the 50% first athletes of each age group to make a recall, in order to allocate the slots for the Worlds that were not taken by the first 25%.
３、出場条件／Eligibility
ニセコクラシックにおいて、各エイジカテゴリー上位 25％へ入賞した競技者は「ワールドチャンピオンシップ」の出 場権を得る事が可能となる。ワールドチャンピオンシップ出場には各国自転車競技組織の競技者登録が必要とな り臨時ライセンス、一日ライセンスでの出場は不可となる。
For Niseko Classic, the first 25% athletes of each age group will be awarded with guaranteed entry to the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships. To participate in the World Championships the rider needs to hold his/her country’s national license. Any one-day license or temporary license are not allowed.

ワールドチャンピオンシップ出場の際はナショナルジャージの着用が求められる。このジャージは各国自転車競 技組織の公式なナショナルジャージである必要はないが、自国を象徴・代表するものでなくてはならない。
救護体制／ First Aid Measures
１、救護本部／First aid station headquarter
ニセコグラン・ヒラフＳ／Ｆ地点脇に救護本部を設け、医師および看護師が待機しフィニッシュ後の負傷した選手や 会場内の負傷者の処置、医師の判断により病院へ搬送を行う。また、レース随行の救護車状況など全体を把握 し救護統括より各スタッフへ指示を行う。
First aid station headquarter is situated next to Grand Hirafu venue’s start/finish point. Doctors and nurses are stationed to treat injured competitors after the race and if needed, coordinate with the staff to shuttle them to a hospital.
During the race, the station headquarter is to also oversee the operation of rescue vehicles and if needed, direct and operate on-course staff to make appropriate actions.
２、救護車両体制／First aid vehicles
レース車列内へ救護車、ドクターカー、選手収容車を随行させ、負傷者の処置や病院への搬送に当たる。
救護車・ドクターカーへは医師，看護師を乗車させ、AED・担架・救急箱・必要医療品・毛布等を準備する。
During the race, first aid vehicles (a combination of rescue vehicle, doctor vehicle, and competitor transfer vehicle) are to run the race course and if needed, they will make an appropriate treatment to competitors.
Doctors and nurses are to accompany on rescue vehicle and doctor vehicle, and they are equipped with the equipment for the on-site treatment. (AED, stretcher, first aid kid, and blankets)

Competitor transfer vehicle x2 ３、事故・負傷者発生時について／In a case of accident
事故、負傷者発生の一報を受け現場に（救護車・ドクターカー）が駆けつけ現地の競技役員・立哨員と連携し、必 要な処置を行う。レース中においては同乗の医師が応急処置を行い、緊急の場合は救急車を要請する。事故・負 傷者の発生情報は大会本部にも連絡を入れ情報共有を図る。重大事故発生時については、大会本部・警察・消 防・救急病院と連絡を取り搬送などの処置をする。
After an accident is reported from the race course, rescue vehicle and doctor vehicle are directed to the accident site. With an on-site coordination with race officials, the first aid team is to make an appropriate action at the scene. If the accident occurs during the race, on-site doctor is to make an immediate treatment and if needed, dispatch an ambulance. Live accident report is to be shared to the race organizers and if the accident is serious in a nature, the treatment of the matter is to be coordinated with police department, fire department, and hospital.
４、競技負傷者への対応／Treatment to injured competitors
競技者に対し医師が治療処置を行った場合でも担当医の判断でレースへの復帰可能とする。なお、救護本部ま たは病院搬送の場合、負傷状況に応じて（救護車・選手収容車・選手回収バス）で役割分担を図る。
Upon treating an injury, If a doctor determines that an injured competitor is still in a good condition to continue the race, the competitor is allowed to remain on the race. If the competitor needs to be shuttled to the first aid station headquarter or hospital, usage of vehicle (ambulance, rescue, vehicle, or competitor transfer vehicle) is determined in a basis of seriousness of injury.
