Valentine’s Fondue Cooking & Chocolate Brownies
(1st & 2nd year club members – last half of 3rd term)
In English club, you are going to have a Valentine’s Day Party.
HOW TO GET STARTED:
STEP 01: Before club (on a different day), the club leaders will think of 1-2 short LOVE games. Use the paper to write your ideas and give to the club teacher(s).
STEP 02: Set up your group’s cooking area and get your ingredients. Read the recipe to make
chocolate fondue and chocolate brownies in ENGLISH! There is no Japanese translation. Let’s cook! After that, have chocolate fondue and enjoy eating!! Save some sample brownies for your teachers (and prepare a chocolate fondue snack set with a chocolate brownie for your school principal). STEP 03: After you finish eating, let’s play LOVE games hosted by your club leaders!! Then, make club friendship Valentine’s message cards and exchange those cards to each other!
For Club teacher(s): Please buy the ingredients and then, have the club members share the cost. Check each member’s parents regarding their child’s food allergy.

＜作り方＞ ① オーブンを 175 ℃ に温めておく。（テフロン加工ケーキ型は 160 ℃ ） ② ボウルに卵、油、水を入れて混ぜ、ミックス粉を加えてスプーンでざっくりと 混ぜる。 ③ スクエア型に流し入れ、予熱した 175 ℃ オーブンで 26 ～ 28 分焼く。 中央につまようじを刺して何もつかなければ完成。う～ん、イイ香り ♪ 型に入れたまま完全に冷まして約 1 時間。 お好みの大きさに切り分ければ出来上がりです。
さっそく切り分けると、甘いチョコレートのような香りがふわぁ・・・。食べて みると、ふんわりしっとりとしていて、ココアの風味がよく広がります。甘くて おいしいーー ♪
