69歳,女性 ｡体 動時 の息切 れ お よび下肢 の浮 腫 を主訴 として鳴和 総合 病院 内科 を受診｡UCG及 び心 力テ等 の検 査 か ら心房 中隔欠損 と診 断 され た｡

収集方法

RAO480か らLPO360の1800にお いて,60ご と 各40秒 の デー タ収 集 をお こな っ た｡1.7倍 の拡 大 収 集 をお こないマ トリックスサ イ ズ は64×64で あ った｡ コ リメー タ は低 エ ネルギー用高分解能型 を使 用 した (Fig.1)｡

い体軸横断像 を得た (Fig.2)0 次 に心臓 の

長軸 の傾 きを補正 して (Fig.3),長軸 断 層像 (Fig.4a)お よび短軸 断層 像 (Fig.4b)

を 作製 した｡ ところが,短軸断層像 において著 しく

肥 大,拡大 した右室が患者 に向かって左

,逆 に左室が 右 に位置 してお

り,左右が逆転 している事が判明 し た｡シンチ

パ ック700お よび7,000では,心筋 の軸 を 補正す る場

合 にまず体軸横断像での心尖部が第4も し くは第1象
