The environmental development with which child’s growth in a nurture site is supported ― Focusing on the corner making of the one-year-old nursery room ―

Shizuka Miyazaki  In 2018, the nursery school Nursery guidelines, the kindergarten education guidelines, and the young children’s nursery education and childcare guidelines have been revised. Further, the environment started to be emphasized by this in education and nurture. In this study, I focused on the case of the environment creation of corner childcare in the one-year-old nursery room in the nursery school and the certified center for early childhood education and care. And I analyzed and considered of childcare workers who practicing to produce of environment mainly for children. As a result, childcare workers valued the independence of their children, and they were creating an environment that would lead to children’s desire to do what they wanted to do, and an environment in which children could feel at ease. In addition, it was found that childcare workers need not only the ability to capture the growth and development processes of children, but also the ability to make use of them in the creation of the environment.
