AOCは、DICOM規 格 に おける、画 像 の 送 信(Storage SCU)、検 索 と 取 得(Query / Retrieve SCU)、印刷(Print Management SCU)、保存(Storage SCP)のほか、AOC Scan(オプション)により 検査情報の検索・取得(Modality Worklist SOP Class SCU)の機能を実装する。

の機能定義AOCは、PS3.4に定義されるStorage、Query/Retrieve、Print ManagementおよびBasic Worklist
Management(Modality Worklist SOP Class)サービス・クラスのSCUとして、また、Verificationお よびStorageサービス・クラスのSCPとして動作する。
Storage SCU
PS3.7に定義されるC-STORE DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従いStorage SCPへ画像を送信する。
Query/Retrieve SCU
PS3.7に定義されるC-FIND DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従い、Query/Retrieve SCPに対して 画像を検索する。
また、C-MOVE DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従い、検索結果よりユーザーの選択した画像を、
Query/Retrieve SCPから取得する。
C-GET DIMSE-Cサービスには適合しない。
Print Management SCU
PS3.7に定義されるN-SET DIMSE-NサービスおよびN-CREATE DIMSE-Nサービスの手続きに 従い、Print Management SCPに画像を出力する。
Modality Worklist SOP Class SCU
PS3.7に定義されるC-FIND DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従い、Modality Worklist SOP Class SCPより、検査情報を検索し取得する。
(AOC Scan:オプション) Verification SCP
PS3.7に定義されるC-ECHO DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従い、Verification SCUからの通信 状態の確認(Verification)の要求に対して、「成功」のステータスを含むメッセージを返す。
Storage SCP
PS3.7に定義されるC-STORE DIMSE-Cサービスの手続きに従い、Storage SCUより画像を受信 しディスクに保存する。

2.1.1 アソシエーション確立の方針
2.1.1.1 概要
AOCは、SCUとして動作するときは、あらかじめ設定されたSCPのAEタイトルとTCP / IPポート番号 により、アソシエーションの開始の協議を行う。
SCPおよびStorage Commitment SCUとして動作するときは、あらかじめ設定されたポートに対する アソシエーション開始の要求に対しては、SCUのAEタイトルに関わらず、常にアソシエーション開始の 協議を行う。
AOCが使用する最大PDUサイズは、Storage SCUとして動作するときは16KB、それ以外のときは
64KBである。
2.1.1.2 アソシエーションの数
AOCは、SCUとして動作するときは、同時には一つのみのアソシエーションの確立を試みる。
ただし、Retrieve SCUとして動作するときは、C-MOVEサービスの手続きに従い、同時に2つのアソシ エーションの確立を試みる。 また、SCPとして動作するときは、受諾する同時アソシエーションの総数に、AOC自身による制限はない。 2.1.1.3 非同期の性質 AOCは、SCUとして動作するときも、SCPとして動作するときも、一つのアソシエーション上では一つ の操作のみを許す。非同期の処理はサポートしない。 2.1.1.4 実装識別情報

2.1.2 アソシエーション開始の方針 AOCは、以下の実世界活動に関して、あらかじめ設定された各SCPに対し、アソシエーションの開始を 要求する。 画像の送信要求(Storage SCU) ユーザーにより、Storage SCPに対する画像の送信をともなう操作が行われたとき。 画像の検索要求(Query SCU) ユーザーにより、Query/Retrieve SCPに対して画像を検索する操作が行われたとき。 画像の取得要求(Retrieve SCU) ユーザーにより、Query/Retrieve SCPに対して、検索結果の画像を取得する操作が行われたとき。 画像の印刷要求(Print Management SCU)
ユーザーにより、画像の印刷をともなう操作が行われ、Print Management SCPに対して画像の 出力を試みるとき。
検査情報の検索・取得要求(Modality Worklist SOP Class SCU)
ユーザーにより、Modality Worklist SOP Class SCPに対して検査情報の検索・取得操作が行わ れたとき。
検査進行状況の通知(MPPS SCU)
MPPSを使用する設定がされている状態でユーザーにより、Storage SCPに対する画像の送信をと もなう操作が行われたとき。
画像サーバーへの登録確認要求(Storage Commitment SCU)
Storage commitmentを使用する設定がされている状態でユーザーにより、Storage SCPに対す る画像の送信をともなう操作が行われたとき。
CD/DVDの書き込み（Media Storage FSC）
ユーザーにより、CD/DVDの書き込み操作が行われたとき。
CD/DVD の読み込み（Media Storage FSR）
2.1.2.1 画像の送信 (Storage SCU) 2.1.2.1.1 関連する実世界活動
AOC内部のデータベースよりユーザーが選択した画像や、AOC Scan(オプション)によりスキャンした画 像を、あらかじめ登録したStorage SCPの一覧より送信先を選択し、送信する。
また、DICOM属性を編集した画像を、DICOM属性の編集画面より送信する。
2.1.2.1.2 提案するプレゼンテーション・コンテクスト
AOCは表2-3のプレゼンテーション・コンテクストを提案する。
Transfer Syntaxについては、送信するSOPインスタンス内に指定されたものを用いる。ただし、RLE Compression(UID=1.2.840.10008.1.2.5)のTransfer Syntaxはサポートしておらず、この場合、SOP
インスタンスの要素は何ら変更されること無く、送信エラーとなる。
ま た、SOPインスタンス 内 にTransfer Syntaxの 指 定 が ないときは、Implicit VR Little Endian (UID=1.2.840.10008.1.2)で扱えるSOPインスタンスについてはサポートするが、それ以外のものについ てはサポートしない(インポートやビューワでの表示もできない)。

AOCは、Storage SCPより受け取ったC-STOREメッセージに含まれるステータスが、成功、失敗、警 告のいずれであっても、SOPインスタンスの要素を変更することなく、次のSOPインスタンスの送信を続 行する。
AOCは、いかなる拡張折衝も試みない。
AOCはDICOM属性の編集作業によってSOPインスタンスのタグ値を変更することがある。 とくにIHEのIRWF Profileに従う設定のときは、そのProfileにあるとおりにタグ値を変更する。

AOCは、レベル2(Full)でStorageサービスクラスのSOPに適合する。また、デジタル署名サポートのレ ベルは1である。
AOCは、受信するSOPインスタンスのいかなる要素にも、削除や変更などの手を加えることはない。ま た、Lossy Image Compressionについても、何ら手を加えることはなく、展開せずに保存する。
AOCは、SOPインスタンスをディスクに保存することに成功したときは、SCUに対するC-STORE-RSPメッ セージの中で「成功(コード：0000)」のステータスを返す。保存されたSOPインスタンスは、AOCの外 部からアクセスされることはなく、ユーザーの操作や設定によってのみ、削除されることがある。
AOCは、SOPインスタンスの保存に成功しなかったときも、失敗や警告のステータスを含むC-STORE

プライベート化されたSOP
AOC Scan(オプション)では、Storageサービス・クラスのSOPに、SCUとして、タイプ3のプライベー ト属性を使用する(表2-5参照)。このため、Storageサービス・クラスの各SOPクラスは標準拡張SOP
クラスになる(名称やUIDは共通)。
AOC Scanを利用しないときは、標準拡張 / 特殊化 / プライベート化されたSOPを使用しないが、
C-STORE DIMSE-CサービスあるいはC-MOVE DIMSE-Cサービスに従って受信したSOPインスタン スにそれらのSOPが含まれていても、AOCが削除や変更などの手を加えることはない。

AOCはプライベートなTransfer Syntaxを使用しない。

サポートされる通信スタックAOCは、PS3.8で定義されるDICOM V3.0 TCP / IPネットワーク通信をサポートする。

スタックAOCは、これを実行するWindows(サポートするバージョンについては、AOCユーザーズガイドを参照)
システムからTCP / IPスタックを受け継ぐ。

タイトルとプレゼンテーション・アドレスの対応づけAOCは、SCUとして動作するときは、通信相手のSCPについて「AEタイトル」「ホスト名」「TCP/IP

SCUについて「AEタイトル」「ホスト名」「TCP/IPポート番号」を設定する必要はない。
