解説
消化管運動機能改善薬，漢方薬の単独療法を推奨するエビデンスはない1, 2）．また，海外の報告 では標準量の
PPI
と消化管運動機能改善薬（シサプリド：副作用のため発売中止）との併用によ る治癒率や症状寛解率に有意な上乗せ効果は認められていない3, 4）．近年，日本において行われた 非びらん性GERD
に対する臨床試験において，モサプリド（消化管運動機能改善薬）には有意で はないがPPI
との併用による上乗せ効果が認められている5）．また，PPI抵抗性GERD
を対象と した試験において，六君子湯とPPI
の併用はPPI
倍量投与と同様の上乗せ効果が認められてお り6），PPI単独療法で効果不十分な場合にはこれらの薬剤を併用してみる意義はある．文献
