ニトロール注シリンジ

（isosorbide nitrate）

0.5mg/ml 1～3ccを冠注。

（添付文書ではバルサルバ洞内）

冠攣縮の解除低血圧

ニトプロ

(sodium nitroprusside)

希釈し12μg/ml (すでに希釈された溶液 2mlを生食8mlに溶解)

2～10ccを冠注。

（添付文書では点滴静注）

No reflow の解除

低血圧

ネオシネジン

(phynylephrine hydrochloride)

希釈し0.1mg/ml 1～3ccを静注低血圧の解除徐脈

アトロピンシリンジ (atropine sulphate)

0.5mg/ml 0.5～1ccを静注徐脈の解除頻脈（一過性）

Amiodaroneの投与法 1)初期急速投与

アンカロン注○^R 2.5ml (=125mg) + 5% glucose 100ml 600ml/hr

2)負荷投与

アンカロン注○^R 15ml (=750mg) + 5% glucose 500ml 33ml/hr 6時間

3)維持投与

アンカロン注○R 15ml (=750mg) + 5% glucose 500ml （負荷投与と同様の組成）

17ml/hr

4)点滴静注から内服への移行（当科プロトコール）

1)-3)の点滴静注を計4日間で終了し、5日目からアンカロン○^R200mg/dayを維持量として開始

ただし消化吸収不良が疑われれば別に対応。

＊12誘導心電図モニター（投与開始直後、6時間後、24時間後。以後一日一回 14日目まで）

＊＊amiodarone血中濃度を内服開始の朝と内服開始後14日目の朝にとる。

＊＊＊TdP、徐脈、その他の副作用（肺線維症、甲状腺機能、肝機能）をフォロー
