Abstract
The Network Systems Education Program in the School of Network and Information aims to provide students with the knowledge, methods, and team activities to develop better information systems. This paper describes how the courses are organized and the exercises are conducted to achieve the goals by the second year. In the exercises, students work in groups of about four to develop a reservation system using Ruby on Rails with the advice of their teachers.
