二官能C2ユニットの開発 1160263 安岡杏紗 Development of Bisfunctionalized C2 Unit Azusa Yasuoka
ニトロピリミジノンは環内の電子密度が低いものの、若干の芳香族性を示すために反応性に乏しく 合成試剤としての利用には制限が多い。そこで 2級アミンを付加させた骨格をニトロ基とアミノ基を 有するC2ユニットの等価体と位置づけ、二官能化合物の合成を行った。
アミン付加体を加熱したところcis型のニトロエナミンが得られることを明らかにした。また、メチ ルビニルケトンやダニシェフスキージエンを作用させたところ、ニトロアニリンやニトロフェノール が得られ、Diels-Alder 型の反応が進行しアミン付加体がニトロエナミンの等価体として働くとこを明 らかにした。
