(1)Vol.2015-DPS-164 No.5 Vol.2015-EIP-69 No.5 2015/9/10. 情報処理学会研究報告 IPSJ SIG Technical Report. 【招待講演】 ࢥࢫࣉࣞ࡜ⴭసᶒ. ࠉᒸ⏣ᫀᾈ㸦ᗈᓥ኱Ꮫ㸧 [概要] 衣装の着用などにより漫画、アニメ、ゲームなどのキャラクターに扮する「コスプレ」は、近年盛んにおこなわれており、こうしたコスプレを楽しむためのイベントなども各地で増加している。かかるコスプレは、キャラクターの衣装を再現し複製することから、当該キャラクターの登場する著作物にかかる著作権およびその他の知的財産権との関係が問題となりうる。本講演においては、キャラクターの衣装の著作権などキャラクターの情報に関する諸権利と、コスプレに関わって行われる様々な情報利用行為の法的問題につき検討する。 [Abstract] Cosplay, that is wearing costumes to represent a specific character and role-playing such character, is enjoyed popularly. Cosplay events increase in various regions. Cosplayer reproducts costumes of characters, so relation between cosplay and copyright and other intellectual property rights on works in which such characters appear may be problem.
