『日本語科学』投稿規定・執筆要領

   （2003｛ド10月IAJ〈E）

1．目的

 本誌は，国立国語研究所における研究，ならびに国立国語研究所の研究活動と関連を有する

研究の成果を公表することを通じて，広汎な日本語研究の発展に寄与しようとするものである。

2．発行の時期

本誌は年2圓（4月，IO月）発行する。（投稿の受付は随時）

3．投稿資格

上記の目的に合致する内容の原稿であれば，投稿資格は問わない。

4．原稿の内容と種類，分量

 投稿原稿は来刊行のものに限る。なお，原剛として，対象とする時代は明治中期以降とする。

投稿原稿の種類と分量（タイトル，氏名，キーワーード，要旨，概要を含む）は以下のとおり。

   研究論文：オリジナルな知見の提供を含む学術論文。（20ページ程度）

   調査報告：調査結果の記述を主とする報告。（20ページ程度）

   研究ノート：問題提起，事例報告，中問報告などの小論文。（IOページ程度）

   各投稿原稿は，CD−ROMの形でデータやプログラム等を添付することができる。

 この他，所内外の研究者に展望論文（研究動向，現隣点での課題，将来の展望などについて論じた

論文，20ページ程度），書評論文（20ページ程度）の執筆を依頼することがある。

5．原稿の書式

 1）原稿は日本語または英語で執筆する。ただし，例文等において中国漢字（簡体字・繁体字），

  ハングル，キリル文字，ギリシャ文字を用いることは可（それ以外の文字はローマ字化）。

 2）原稿はA4判横書き，43字×36行で作成する。（編集委員会が認めた場合にかぎり縦書きも

  可。A4半旺縦書き，30字x21行×2段。）英文の場合はマージン上下2。5cm，左右2cm（フォ

  ント12ポイント，1．5スペース）を目安に原稿を作成する。

 3）研究論文及び調査報告には，キーワード（5つ以内），要旨（問題と結論の要約，10行程度），

  概要（議論全体の概要，英文は250語以内，邦文は20行以内）をつける。研究ノートには要旨

  とキーワードのみをつける。邦文論文の場合，要旨・キーワードは日本語，概要は英語を

  用いる（概要には英語のキーワードもつける）。英文論文の場合，要旨・キーワードは英語，

  概要は日本語を用いる（概要にはH本語のキーワードもつける）。英文のネイティブ・チェッ

  クは執筆者の責任においておこなう。

 4）洗と文献は本文の後にまとめて示す。文献は，邦文・欧文・その他の文字の順で，字種

  ごとにまとめたうえで，辞書順に配列する。文献一覧の書式は以下のとおり。

5）付属CD−ROMにデータ等を添付する場合は，容量やデータの形式等について，あらか

 じめ編集委員会に確認をとってから投稿する。

6．査読

 研究論文，調査報告，研究ノートは，編集委員会が依頼した2名の査読者が査読要領にもと

づき審査する。編集委員会は，査読結果にもとづいて論文の採否を決定する。著者の氏名は査

読者に公開せず，査読者の氏名も著者に公開しない。査読者と著者との連絡（査読音から著者へ

の照会や修正指示，著者から査読者への匿階など）はすべて編集委員会を介しておこなう。

7．投稿の手続き

 投稿原稿は随時受けつける。投稿に際しては，「著者の氏名（ヨミガナ）／所属・職名／大学

以降の学歴（卒業・修了・退学後10年未満の場合）／連絡先（住所・電話番丹・E−mai韮。共著の場合

は代表者の逮絡先）／原稿の種類（研究論文，調査報告，研究ノートの別）」を，別紙と電子データ

（フロッピーディスク）とに明記のうえ，原稿一式を編集委員会に送付する。原稿は，著者名の入

ったもの1部と，無記名のもの2部を同封する。投稿原稿は原則として返却しない。

8．採録決定後の修正

 採録決定後，体裁や書式について編集委員会から著者に修正を求める（あるいは編集委員会の判

断で書式の細部を変更する）ことがある。査読者及び編集委員会から指示があった箇所を除き，採

録決定後の改稿や修正は認めない。

9．著作権

 1）他の著作物に掲載された図版の転載等にかかわる著作権処理，及びデータの利用・公開

  にかかわる関係者の許諾取得は，著者の責任において行うこと。

 2）掲載された論文等の著作権（著作権法第27条，28条を含む）は国立国語研究所に帰属する。

 3）掲載された論文等の要旨は，Linguistic Abstracts（アリゾナ州立大学編集）に英文で掲載さ

  れる。

1 ． Purpose of the Jourgal ’llhe purpose of this jourual is to contribute to the development of a variety of dilferent fields in the study of Japanese． To this end， ie publishes the results of research done at ’llhe National lnstitute for

elsewhere that is deemed relevant to the interests of the lnstitute．

2．Time of Publicatめn

The joumal ls published twice a year in April and October． Manuscrtpts can be submltted anytime and are processed throughout the year． 3 ． Qualifications for Submission No special qttalhications are required of authors， bue all manuscripts must conform to the goals of the journa玉． 4 ． Conte”t， Categories and Length of Manuscripts All manuscrtpts must be previously ttnpublished． As a rule， their focus should be on t／｝e time period aiiter mid−IVEeiji， The categories and approximate lengths of manuscripts （includiRg title， Rame， keywords， abstract， and summary） are as follows：

Manuscripts may also be accompaRied by a CD−ROM of data and programs that will supplement th journal． The journal may also ask researchers outside the lnstittite to write prospect papers （i．e．，papers on trends in research， curTent research issues， or futt｛re research prospects） （about 20 pages）， or book reviews （about 20 pages） ． Articles： Research papers presenting original ideas （about 20 pages） ． Reports： Descriptive reports of research， surveys and questionRalres （about 20 pages） ． Notes： Short papers that raise questions， case studies， aRd interim reports of ongoing research （about 10 pages） ．        e 5．S童yle 1） Manuscripts shottld be written in Japanese or Engiish． Chinese characters （simplified or    traditional），Hang｛il， Cyrillic and Greek characters or letters can also be used in examples． All other    orthographic symbols should be transcribed in the Latin alphabet． 2） Japanese rnanuscripts should be submitted in horizontal format with 43 characters x 36 lines on A4    （or 8．5” x l l” ） paper． （Manuscripts can be submitted in verdcal format only with the approval of    the editorial committee． Such manuscripts should be prepared with 30 characters x 21 lines in    two sections）． English manuscripts should be prepared on A4 （or 8．5” x l l”） paper ar｝d typed oR    one side only with 2．5 cm margins at the top af｝d bottom and 2 cm rnargins on the left and right． 12    pt． typeface should be used with line spacing seS at 1．5 lines． 3） All manuscripts should have JapaRese and English titles． Artieles and Reports should contain the 120

6 ． Review Procedures

7 ． Procedures for MaRuscript Submission

Manuscripts are accepted and processed at any time． All manuscripts seRt to the edltortal committee shottld be accompanled by an informatien sheetthatinclttdes： 1） autlior’ s name （with Katakana 121

reading） ， 2） affiliation and title， 3） uRiversity level educatioR and higher （if witliiin ￡lr｝e last 10 years） 4） contact address， telephone numbei”， and e−mail address． an case of a co−authored work， only the pri− mary author’ s address， telephone number， and e−iRail address should be included．）， and 5） catego− ry of manuscrtp￡ （atticle， report or notes）． A floppy disk contaiRing the same information from 1） to 5） should also be enclosed． Three copies of tke maRuscript （ofie with a“thor’ s name and two without attthor’ s name） should be sent together． As a rule， mangscripts will not be returned to authors．

8 ．Corrections aRd Revisions of MaRuscripts

編集後記

◇本号には研究論文が4本，研究ノーートが1本掲載された。掲載本数は酋号と岡じだが，研究論文が3

本増えた点はよろこばしいかぎりである。投稿論文は相変わらず多く，開かれた査読誌として，学界に

すでに定着したことがわかる。

◇掲載論文の内容は談話，表記史，文法教育，文章表現と多岐にわたった。本誌12号と13号では文法と

語藁に集中したが，本号でそのほかの分野の力作が寄せられたため，内容llでのバランスがよくなった。

今後とも各方面からのできるだけ多くの投稿を期待したい。

◇本号で任期が満了となる編集委員が2名いる。編集委員長の伊藤と，尾崎委員である。新委員長は井

上優，新委員は三井はるみである。偶藤は委員長としては，第1期旨の江娼清氏につづく，第2期騒に

あたる。第1期の委貴長には本誌創刊時のご苦労がいろいろあったことを耳にしている。第2期の委員

長としては本誌の刊行を軌道に乗せて，効率がよく，安定した編集作業を定着させるという役割があっ

た。この点については，編集委員全員の努力と工夫に助けられることが多かった。また，毎号多くの力

作が寄せられるようになったことや，査読依頼を快くお引き受けくださる方々が多くなったという外部

的な要園もあり，臼的はほぼ達せられたと自負している。新委員長には，これまでに蓄積された作業上

のノウハウを引き継いだうえで，本誌の充実のためにさらなる努力と工夫を期待したい。
