The real world community is a community on condition that communication does not complete only on a network. Informal communication attracts attention. Because there are effects, such as new acquisition of an idea or a hint required for research or work, maintenance of a confidential relation, and construction. Nevertheless, shortage of informal communication is produced in an organization called the university and company in recent years by IT cooperation. One of the causes is that the member who constitutes a community distributes and exists, by efficient environment. It is rare to feel others' communications, which have been transmitted as nature until now in the private space. As a result, the act of participating in a dialog is decreasing. There is a public space for the communication chance to solve such a problem. But it is not functioning well. Because we spend most of the time in private space, so we don't have same time in public space. We consider the feature of a public space and a public space. We have developed the system that make of three tools. These tools are “Community Messenger”, “Gush Board”, and “My Pocket”. “Community Messenger” gives a dispersed community a community chance in private space. In a public space, “Gush Board” gives people communication of private space. By using “My Pocket”, user can confirm user’s knowledge in public space, and user can bring information back to private space. Employment of a system was performed from the stage which development ended to some extent. We increased the user of the system gradually for two and half months. (3) evaluated the system for One month of the second half by use history, questionnaires and interviews. By using this system, taking advantage of the feature of private space and public space, circulation of the information in a community can be promoted, and the diversity of a community and the opportunity of change, can be given further.. 2.
