(2) Research that searches for success factor of practice community Through the community case where the learning system is taken Kenta KASAMATSU School of Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology March 2006 Keywords: Practice community, Domain, Community, Practice, Learning system, Man principle, Economic rationality principle, Specification statement community of success First of all, the concept of 'Practice community' was understood from the review of the earlier literature 'Community Ob practice'. The concern, the problem, and zeal, etc. concerning a certain theme are shared, and the special, high knowledge and skill are defined that it is a community that deepens through continued cross hauling , saying that 'Practice community'. It is important to understand three elements of 'Domain', 'Community', and 'Practice' of knowledge to form, and to bring up the practice community in the organization. It is because these elements become essential of 'Practice community'. The function and the structure were analyzed as an example of the one thing of the community for 'Specification statement community of the success'. It is a structure to investigate the man axis and friendship thoroughly, and the exchange between members is aimed at as a domain, and there is a fact that has been admitting various reactions and creativity. And, to unite the model by whom the fulfillment of friendly relations between the man principle and the member was valued and the model by economic rationalism of the Anglo-Saxon system that attempted efficiency improvement and the integration at the business cycle harmonizing, the result of 'Practice community' was set in the hypothesis. It searched for the success factor of 'Practice community' from the verification of the hypothesis overall. When "Virtual place" and "Real place" are united, and the know how acquired from experience from the desire idea and the site from the ego participates in "Community" as knowledge individual, the understood success factor is shared there.
