Ⅰ．はじめに
特別支援教育にかかわる支援体制の整備は，公立学校におい てはほぼ完成の域に達している（文部科学省，2016）。支援体制 の整備に当たっては，特別支援教育コーディネーター（以下， コーディネーターと称する）の役割が重要であるが，公立学校で は，人事異動等のため，コーディネーターの交替が避けられず， 専門性を担保し，各学校あるいは区市町村単位で支援の質を維 持・向上していくことに難しさが伴う。このような実情を踏まえ， 必要な支援を遂行していくためのコーディネート技能を高める 研修も，常に様々な経験のコーディネーターが混在することを 念頭に置き，基礎的な知識・技能を取り上げるとともに，引き 上げ効果の高い研修を検討していくことが重要となっている。 特別支援教育コーディネーターの役割については，文部科学 省が次のように示している（文部科学省，2017）。 （１） 学校内の関係者や教育，医療，保健，福祉，労働等 の関係機関との連絡調整，保護者との関係づくりの推 進 ①学校内の関係者との連絡調整，②ケース会議の開催，特別支援教育コーディネーターを対象とした

要旨 本研究では，特別支援教育コーディネーターを対象としたカンファレンス研修が，コーディネーターとしての役 割遂行にどのような効果を及ぼしているかについて，体系的な研修制度をもっている東京都葛飾区を例に取り上げ， 検討することを目的とした。調査対象者には，コーディネーター経験別にベテラン層，中堅層，経験の浅い層から それぞれ1名を選定し，質問紙によって回答を得た。その結果，近隣の学校で構成するブロック研修において，事 例を取り上げたカンファレンス研修が実施されており，ベテラン層では，自校又は自己の活動を省察する機会となっ ている。中堅層では，多様なニーズに応える方策を身に付ける場であり，更に関係機関の有効活用についての知見 を得る場となっていることが示唆された。また，経験の浅い層においても事例に即した研修へのニーズの高いこと が示された。 キーワード 特別支援教育コーディネーター，コーディネーター研修，カンファレンス研修，コーディネート力 Abstract
The object of this study was to discuss the effect of conference training targeting coordinators of special needs education on their role performance by examining Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, as an example, where systematic training is provided for them. The subjects of this study were coordinators with considerable experience, mid-level experience, and lacking experience chosen based on the number years of experience as a coordinator. The subjects were asked to respond to a questionnaire. From their responses, it was revealed that conference training based on case studies had been provided in the workshop for schools in each block of the Ward. It was suggested that experienced coordinators might benefit from recalling activities conducted by their respective schools or by themselves. Conference training might also help mid-level coordinators to master the methods for meeting the various needs of children in special education and understand how to make effective use of relevant bodies. And it was suggested that lacking experience coordinators required to conference training.
