The community association is an autonomous organization established by
citizens who collectively solve familiar problems in each community,
and conduct activities in order to create a hospitable and affluent community,
thus promoting mutual friendship among all association members.
内会是 同解决每个地区内居民身边的问题，谋求会员间相互的和睦， 建设丰富宜
居的地区而由居民自发形成的自治组织

The join procedure is possible all together after consulting between tenants
and a manager in case of residence complexes such condominiums,
apartments, etc.

Crime Prevention & Traffic Safety
The community association establishes and maintains security lights so
that people can walk the streets at night without fear. The association
is also striving to create a safe community by preventing traffic

The Neighborhood association which is the basic of resident autonomy organization is working in order to cooperate with each other and to create a livable community by members who are inhabitants in the district.

Generally it is organized by the neighborhood association in school district. It coordinates communication adjustment with the municipal administration and is active for the development improvement of the school district and the region as well as performing enforcement of the project, information exchange, opinion adjustment, etc.
