Specific Health Checkups and Longevity Health Checkups
Health checkups to prevent such lifestyle diseases as diabetes and heart disease are provided for Setagaya national health insurance system subscribers who are between the ages of 40 and 74 and subscribers of the Medical Care System for Older Senior Citizens. (Fee: ¥500). Information about these health checkups will be mailed by the National Health Insurance and National Pension Division to eligible individuals.
Individuals who are subscribed to such medical insurance programs as a health insurance union or mutual aid society should contact their health insurance provider or their employer for more information about health checkups.

特定健診・長寿健診
世田谷区国民健康保険に加入している 40歳以上74歳以下の方、および後期高 齢者医療制度に加入している方を対象 に、糖尿病・心筋梗塞などの生活習慣 病予防のための健診を行っています（費 用：500円）。対象の方には国保・年金 課から健診のご案内を郵送します。
健保組合・共済組合などの医療保険に 加入されている方の健診は、ご加入の 医療保険または勤務先にお問い合わせ ください。

Health Checkups for Setagaya Residents
Health checkups are conducted for registered Setagaya residents who are over 16 and under 40 years of age and do not have opportunities to receive health checkups. Note that a doctor’s certificate will not be issued. Reservations required (Fee: ¥500).
