Setagaya City Charter on Use of Bicycles The bicycle is an easy-to-access mode of transportation that’s both environmentally friendly and great exercise.
We strive to eliminate bicycle accidents with a view to achieving a local community where residents feel safe, have peace of mind, and enjoy day-to-day life as they go about their business, including use of bicycles.
Under Setagaya City Charter on Use of Bicycles, we res-idents of Setagaya pledge to observe rules and improve etiquette standards on the use of bicycles in order to en-sure prudent, comfortable use of bicycles, based on a spi-rit of consideration for others.
