解説
FD
に対する制酸薬，プロスタグランジン誘導体および消化管粘膜保護薬の有効性は明らかで なく，2006 年のコクランのメタアナリシス1）で，制酸薬（RR1.02，95％CI0.76〜1.36），スクラ ルファート（RR0.71，95％CI0.36〜1.40），ミソプロストールのnon-ulcer dyspepsia
（NUD）に 対する効果は示されていない1）．コクランの報告以降の検討では，レバミピドのプラセボ対照二 重盲検試験が米国と本邦で検討され，有効性は示されていない2, 3）．したがってこれまでの報告 で，FDの治療に明確な有効性が示された消化管粘膜保護薬は存在しない．しかし，Talleyら2）によって行われたレバミピドの試験は，本来必要かつ予定された症例数 が集積される前に試験を終了しており，有効性がないことを断定するには十分でない．
これまでの報告から
FD
に対して消化管粘膜保護薬による治療を行うことを提案や推奨する ことはできない．しかし，一方で，行わないように提案するだけのデータもないことから，本CQ
については，作成委員会の全会一致で推奨度をつけないこととした．文献
