したと考えられる。
１１Ｂ処理の場合、セルトリ細胞間バリアーが破壊されるため、ＮＲＧ１はバリ アーを通過して精原細胞に直接働くことによって精母細胞への分化を誘導す る可能性が考えられる。もう一つの可能性は、ＴＢ処理でペリシスティック細 胞を殺すことによって、分化抑制因子の分泌を抑制することで、精母細胞への 分化が誘導できると考えられる。あるいは二つが同時に起こる可能性も考えら れる。
