11.1.1 主Derwentアクセッション番号 限定辞
Derwent週 197001 から 198327 まで、化学のベーシック特許には、年を表す 2 桁の接頭辞ではなく、
「45982C」のように、入力年を表す文字が番号の末尾についたアクセッション番号が付与されていま した。このようなアクセッション番号を標準化するために、オンライン上では、「1980-45982C」のように、
従来の形式で表された番号の前に年要素とハイフンを挿入しました。
同時期の電気や一般・機械分野のベーシック特許については、「75-C7954W」のように、番号の前 に、化学のレコードと区別するための一文字が追加されています。
年を表すために使用されている文字は、以下の通りです。

An antireflection film has a low refractive index layer formed by applying a composition containing the hydrolysate of organosilane and/or its partial condensate to the low refractive index layer. After or on applying the composition to the low refractive index layer, a composition containing a compound for accelerating a hardening reaction is applied to the low refractive index layer.
Also claimed is that a display device is formed by arranging the antireflection film.
USE - The antireflection film is used for the display device, including a liquid crystal display device.
ADVANTAGE - The method produces the antireflection film at lower costs. The antireflection film has good optical
characteristics, superior film strength, and a large area.
