アジア次世代ヤングリーダープログラム

参加者公募について

募集人員 5 名 応募資格 以下の全ての条件を満たす者。 1) 日本理学療法士協会会員で、25歳以上39歳までの者(2019年3月8日時点)。 なお、会員であっても、「休会中の者」と「年会費未納者」は応募不可。 2) 新人教育プログラムを修了している者。 3) 英語によるコミュニケ―ションを積極的に行う意思のある者(TOEIC で730 点相当以上の 者が望ましい)。 4) 社会の高齢化や慢性疾患に対する理学療法について問題意識を持っている者 5) 帰国後に協会の国際活動に積極的に協力する意思のある者 開催趣旨 応募概要 海外における職能および学術に資する情報共有を促進し、また本会の若手会員に海外の理学 療法士との関係を築ける契機となる場を提供し、国際感覚と語学・コミュニケーション能力の向 上を図るとともに、アジア地域の理学療法をけん引する次世代のリーダーを育成することを目的 として、以下のような内容を実施する。 1) シンガポール国内の複数の病院や地域の施設・コミュニティーを訪問し、それぞれの現 状と課題を分析してディスカッションをする。 2) シンガポールにおいてシンガポール理学療法士協会からの参加者とともに、3泊4日で開 催される同プログラムで、意見交換、情報収集、グループディスカッション、シンポジウム 参加などを行う。詳細は別紙参照。

3) グループディスカッションでは、「How do you see yourself as a physical therapist?」、「 Role of PT in the ageing society and rise in chronic diseases」についてわが国の現状 と課題をシンガポールと対比ながら議論し、理学療法士の役割や活躍の場所について、 協会組織を含めてどう前進させていくのか、いくつかのグループ討議を予定している。参 加者には、事前(日本や自身の課題の検討と資料収集、プレゼンテーション)と事後(振 り返りレポート)の課題提出が求められる。 3)渡航費用(旅費、交通費)については10万円(上限)を本会が拠出する。なお現地にて本 会が手配した宿泊費は本会が負担する。渡航は3月7日シンガポール着、3月10日帰 国が基本。手配方法については合格者に対し事務局より連絡する。 *参加に際しては海外旅行保険加入を推奨します。(参加者負担) 4)参考用プログラムは別添資料のとおり 参加期間 2019年 3月7日から 2019年 3月10日まで(3泊4日) 応募方法 以下の内容を平成 31年1月11日(金)12:00までに事務局担当へメールに添付し提出すること A. 履歴書ならびに学歴・職務経歴書(書式は任意;以下同じ)特に、国際的な経験(留学、 就学、学会発表等があれば特記すること)や国内での社会活動や学術活動について明 記すること。 B. 応募動機①日本語(1,000字程度)と②英語(500語程度)の両方を作成・提出。なお、 内容に、社会の高齢化や慢性疾患に対する理学療法について、どのような関心があるか を含めること。 C. 大学院の学生の場合は、指導教員の推薦(意見)書を提出すること 問合せ及 び提出先 公益社団法人日本理学療法士協会事務局 秘書広報課 担当:国際事業支援係 〒151-0051 東京都渋谷区千駄ヶ谷 3-8-5 E-mail:[email protected] メール件名:アジア次世代ミーティング

Asia Young Leaders’ Program 2019

SPA-JPTA Collaboration Training Program: Toward A Sustainable Future in Asia This program is organized and sponsored by SPA and JPTA. The objectives of the program are:

 to foster the bonds and relationships among young members from SPA and JPTA

 to improve the understanding of young members of both associations in current Asia needs related to PT professions

 to appreciate and share the social, cultural, and professional characteristics of both countries

 to nurture the future leaders in PT profession in Asia for both associations.

Activities will include presentations (both scientific and general), brainstorming discussions and group reports. Participants are also required to attend the site visits and all designated group discussions.

Participants will be divided into two groups according to their interests, and then work as a group with the help of mentors from both associations to produce a report for presentation on the final session (March 10).

All participants have to fulfil the requirement of their mother organisations accordingly.

All participants are expected to form into two groups (for example, Group 1: three from SPA and two from JPTA, Group 2: two from SPA and three from JPTA).

1) Role of PT in the ageing society and rise in chronic diseases:

• What was observed and shared during the site visits (hospital, community) today and yesterday?

• How does the different cultures or environments (including healthcare systems) shape physiotherapy delivery?

• How can we do better? How can we, as physiotherapists contribute to the health of an ageing society, along with a growth in chronic disease? Day 2 March 9 (Saturday)
