1. はじめに Introduction
筑波大学交流広場では、Google Inc.の G Suite for Education を利用したフリーメールサ ービスを提供しています。
The University of Tsukuba Supporters Community provides a free email service based on G Suite for Education by Google Inc. This service is a free service for Alumni Association members of our university.
・生涯メールアドレスは、下記の形式をとります。
［familyname（姓）.givenname（名）.zz（アルファベット 2 字）］（最大 20 字） @alumni.tsukuba.ac.jp
例：[email protected] A Lifetime E-mail Address takes the following form:
[familyname.givenname.zz] (20 characters maximum) @alumni.tsukuba.ac.jp. Example：[email protected]
・生涯メールサービスの初期パスワードは、SNS と同一です。
The initial password of the Lifelong E-mail Service is the same with the SNS.
・初期設定では、SNS 内での投稿が自動的に生涯メールアドレスへと送られます。 Copies of your posts to the SNS will be sent to your Lifelong E-mail inbox by default setting.

2. ログイン方法について Sign In Method
①Google トップページにアクセスします。Go to the top page of Google.

②画面右上の「ログイン」をクリックします。 Click Sign in on the top right corner of the screen
③メールアドレスとパスワードを入力します。 Enter your Lifelong email address and password.
④Google 利用規約とプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。「同意する」へのクリック をもって、Google 利用規約及びプライバシーポリシーに同意したものと見なされます。
Read carefully the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. By clicking
Accept you agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
⑤パスワードを変更してください。 Change password for your account.

3. メールの基本機能について Basic Mail Function
①画面右上の「Google アプリ」から「メール」をクリックします。 In the top right, click Mail from Google apps.
②メールのホーム画面が表示されます。「作成」をクリックするとメールを作成できま
す。
4. 言語設定について Change Language

①クリックします。「設定」をクリックします。
In the top right, click Settings . Click Settings.
②プルダウンメニューより、使用言語を選択します。 Pick a language from the drop-down menu.
③ページ下部の「変更を保存」をクリックします。 At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

5. 転送設定について Set Forwarding

①画面右上の設定アイコン をクリックします。「設定」をクリックします。
In the top right, click Settings . Click Settings.
②「メール転送と POP/IMAP」タブをクリックします。「転送先アドレスを追加」をクリ
ックします。
8 ③転送先のメールアドレスを入力し、確定します。
Enter and confirm the email address you want to forward messages to.
④転送先のメールアドレスに送信される確認メールを開きます。確認リンクをクリックし ます。
A verification message will be sent to the email address you chose to forward messages to. Click the verification link in the message.
⑤生涯メールアドレス（Gmail）の設定ページに戻り、ブラウザを更新します。
Go back to the settings page for the Lifelong Email (Gmail) account, and refresh your browser.
⑥プルダウンメニューより、転送先のメールアドレスを選択します。転送後の受信メール の取り扱いを選択します。
Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to. Choose what you want to happen with the copy of your emails after forwarding.
⑦ページ下部の「変更を保存」をクリックします。 At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

6. 差出人表示の変更について Change Your Sender Name

①画面右上の設定アイコン をクリックします。「設定」をクリックします。
In the top right, click Settings . Click Settings.
②「アカウント」タブをクリックします。「情報を編集」をクリックします。
③送信メールに表示する名前を入力します。
Add the name you want to show when you send messages.
④ページ下部の「変更を保存」をクリックします。 At the bottom, click Save Changes.
