Dye-sensitized solar cell by using dye of the food produced in Okinawa

Dyes which were obtained from the food produced in Okinawa were applied as a sensitizer in dye-sensitized solar cell. The dyes acted as a sensitizer of the solar cell under irradiation (AM 1.5G). This was confirmed by the measurements of the wavelength dependence of the current under irradiation.
