Work Education at The Undergraduate Level

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the perspective and issues inherent in the changes in social  work practicum of social work education at the undergraduate level. I clarify the critical problems  of social work education which have decreased the autonomy of the educational institution after the  certificated social worker system was established. The most important issue for social work practicum  is the need for a program to develop the   ability of the undergraduate student to recognize social  problems through their individual experience in field work.
