Ⅲ. １次速報から２次速報への主な改定要因

１次速報から２次速報にかけて、推計に用いる基礎統計の追加などで改定された需要項 目等の主なものは以下のとおり。 ＜原系列＞ ○ 民間企業設備（基礎統計の欠落月値の入手、確報化等による供給側推計値の改定以外） １次速報：供給側基礎統計の情報に基づいて推計 ２次速報：『四半期別法人企業統計』（財務省）等により推計される需要側推計値 と供給側推計値を統合して推計 ○ 民間在庫品増加（基礎統計の欠落月値の入手、確報化等による改定以外） 製品在庫、仕掛品在庫、原材料在庫、流通在庫の４形態の在庫のうち、 １次速報：仕掛品在庫、原材料在庫について、季節調整の際に利用している ARIMA モデルにより名目及び実質原系列を推計 ２次速報：仕掛品在庫、原材料在庫については、『四半期別法人企業統計』により 推計 ○ 基礎統計の欠落月値入手、確報化等による改定 １次速報：基礎統計の欠落月値については、補外推計。また、基礎統計の確報値 が入手できない場合は、速報値を用いて推計（３カ月目の『国際収支統 計（速報）』の公表日までに公表された基礎統計を利用可能な範囲で用い て推計） ２次速報：１次速報段階における基礎統計の欠落月値が入手できた場合は、補外 推計値から置き換えて、また、確報化または遡及改定がなされた場合は、 これを反映させて推計（当該四半期の『四半期別法人企業統計』の公表 日までに公表された基礎統計を利用可能な範囲で用いて推計） ＜季節調整系列＞ 四半期の季節調整系列については、上記により改定される原系列を含めて季節調整を かけなおすため、名目、実質ともに、1994（平成 6）年 1-3 月期まで遡って改定される。

Ⅳ．その他の留意事項

（１）2015（平成 27）年 10-12 月期２次速報の民間企業設備の推計過程で用いた供給側推 計値及び需要側推計値について 2015 年 10-12 月期２次速報における 2015 年 10-12 月期の民間企業設備の推計過程にお いて、供給側基礎統計の情報に基づいて算出した供給側推計値は名目原系列前期比 ▲8.7％、また、『四半期別法人企業統計』（財務省）等により推計された需要側推計値は 名目原系列前期比▲0.5％となっている。 （２）2015（平成 27）年 10-12 月期２次速報における民間在庫品増加の４形態別計数につ いて 2015 年 10-12 月期２次速報における民間在庫品増加の４形態別計数（実質季節調整系 列：年率表示）は以下のとおり。 （単位：10 億円） 2014/ 10-12 2015/ 1-3 4-6 7-9 10-12 2015/10-12 実質 GDP 成長率に対 する寄与度（％） 民間在庫品増加 ▲1,782.6 1,195.8 2,623.1 1,808.6 1,582.6 ▲0.0 製品在庫 4.4 ▲303.4 730.4 260.5 240.4 ▲0.0 仕掛品在庫 ▲1,123.8 ▲216.9 ▲192.4 ▲63.7 282.7 0.1 原材料在庫 102.8 756.0 764.8 835.6 219.9 ▲0.1 流通在庫 ▲808.3 867.3 1,272.0 702.6 834.6 0.0 （３）2016（平成 28）年 1-3 月期１次速報における民間在庫品増加（仕掛品在庫及び原材 料在庫）の実質季節調整系列について 2015 年 10-12 月期２次速報で利用した情報を用い、ARIMA モデルにより 2016 年 1-3 月期の民間在庫品増加（仕掛品在庫及び原材料在庫）の実質値を算出すると、季節調 整系列（年率換算）で仕掛品在庫▲52.6（十億円）（前期差▲345.7（十億円））、原材料 在庫 19.0（十億円）（前期差▲199.0（十億円））となる。 なお、これらの計数は、ARIMA モデルにより 2016 年 1-3 月期の実質原系列を算出し たうえで、1-3 月期の計数も含めて季節調整をかけて得られたものであることから、今 回公表した 2015 年 10-12 月期までの実質季節調整系列と連続していない。また、2016 年 1-3 月期１次速報では、基礎統計の改定等により、2015 年 10-12 月期までの計数が改 定されることにより、今回公表した 2016 年 1-3 月期の値が改定される場合がある点に 留意願いたい。

2016（平成 28）年 1-3 月期 1 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 5 月 18 日（水）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 1-3 月期 2 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 6 月 8 日（水）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 4-6 月期 1 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 8 月 15 日（月）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 4-6 月期 2 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 9 月 8 日（木）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 7-9 月期 1 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 11 月 14 日（月）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 7-9 月期 2 次速報値の公表予定 2016（平成 28）年 12 月 8 日（木）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 10-12 月期 1 次速報値の公表予定 2017（平成 29）年 2 月 13 日（月）8 時 50 分 2016（平成 28）年 10-12 月期 2 次速報値の公表予定 2017（平成 29）年 3 月 8 日（水）8 時 50 分 四半期別 GDP 速報の公表日は、1 次速報値について、土日・祝日を除き、①「鉱工業生 産・出荷・在庫指数（速報）」（3 の倍数月分）の公表日から 10 日後、②「貿易統計（輸出 確報）」（3 の倍数月分）の公表日の 10 日後又は③「消費者物価指数」（3 の倍数月分）の 公表日から 11 日後のいずれかの中で、最も遅い日付までに公表することとしている。 また、2 次速報値について、土日・祝日を除き、「四半期別法人企業統計調査」の公表日 の５日後に公表することとしている。 このうち 1 次速報値に関して、現時点で「鉱工業生産・出荷・在庫指数（速報）」の公 表日が 2016 年（平成 28 年）年 2 月分までしか公表されていないが、3 月分以降について も、当該月の翌月末までに公表されるとの見込みの下、公表日を設定している。 なお、上記の公表予定は現時点の予定であり、今後、基礎統計の公表予定の変更等によ り、変更する可能性がある。
