Professionals in the Professional Graduate School

Abstract: This report will discuss the education and training for social work professionals at the Graduate School of Social Service Management, focusing primarily on three challenges in the field: the importance of having a study plan, clarification of practical challenges, and field practice and evaluation. The effective use of a portfolio will be presented through examples in the social work seminar. In addition, the education system of the Graduate School of Social Service Management will be explored by studying the education and training of social work professionals, focusing on the evaluation framework of social work competency in the Post-Qualifying education system in England.Key Words: competency, portfolio, reflection, Post-Qualifying
