国 ハ ル リム 大 学 との 交 流 及 び 合 同 学 術
シ ン ポ ジ ウ ム 参 加 の経 緯
名 古 屋 市 立 大 学 は,本 学 が 掲 げ る 未 来 プ ラ ンの ひ と つ で あ る 「国 際 化 」 を 見 据 え て,本 学 の 学 術 交 流 協 定 校 で あ る ハ ル リ ム 大 学 と 医 学 研 究 科 問 で 合 同 学 術 シ ン ポ ジ ウ ム を 開 催 し,学 術 交 流 を 進 め て き た 。 本 年 度 は,両 校 の よ り 幅 広 い 学 術 交 流 に 向 け て,看 護 学 部 も 合 同 学 術 シ ン ポ ジ ウ ム に 参 加 す る こ と と な り,2017年11月29日 ∼12月 1日 の3日 間 に か け て,看 護 学 部 か ら2名 が 韓 国 に 派 遣 さ れ た 。 本 稿 で は,2017年12月1日 に 韓 国Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospitalで 開 催 さ れ たThe 10th Basic and Clinical Translational Research Workshop / Hallym-NCU International Symposium（ 以 下,合 同 学 術 シ ン ポ ジ ウ ム)の 概 要 を 報 告 す る 。2)。 細 川 は 「Marital Relationship, Parenting Practices, and Social Skills Development in Preschool Children」 と 題 し て,両 親 の 関 係 性 お よ び 養 育 態 度 と 就 学 前 児 の 社 会 的 ス キ ル の 発 達 の 関 連 に つ い て 研 究 発 表 を 行 い,天 野 は 「Exploring care for pa-tients undergoing cancer treatment during the downward phase of the illness trajectory」 と 題 し て,が ん 治 療 を 受 け る 進 行 ・再 発 消 化 器 が ん 患 者 へ の エ ン ド オ ブ ラ イ フ ケ ア に 関 す る 看 護 モ デ ル の 開 発 に 関 す る 研 究 発 表 を 行 っ た(資 料1,資 料2)。
研 究 発 表 後 の 質 疑 応 答 や ラ ンチ の 場 にお いて,研 究 者
間 の 意 見 交 換 の 場 が 設 け られ,研 究 内 容 につ いて 積 極 的
な 意 見 交 換 が 行 わ れ た 。

名 古 屋 市 立 大 学 とハ ル リム大 学 との 合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ
ウ ムへ の 参 加 に よ る学 術 交 流 を 通 して,未 来 プ ラ ンに掲
げ る 「国 際 化 」 の 推 進 を 図 る こ とを 目的 と して い る。

.滞 在 日程 と合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ ウ
ム の 概 要
11月29日 に 仁 川 空 港 に 到 着 し,11月30日 にDongtan Sacred Heart Hospitalで 開 催 さ れ た 合 同 学 術 シ ン ポ ジ ウ ム に 参 加 した 。ま た,11月30日 と12月1日 の 両 日 に 渡 っ て, Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospitalと Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospitalの 施 設 見 学 を 行 っ た(表1)。
合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ ウ ム に は,名 古 屋 市 立
大 学 か ら は医 学 研 究 科3名,薬
学 研 究 科1
名,シ ス テ ム 自然 科 学 研 究 科1名,看
護 学
部2名 の 研 究 者 が 参 加 し,ハ ル リム大 学 か
ら は看 護 学 科2名 の 研 究 者 を 含 む13名 の 研
究者 が参 加 し,研 究発 表(英 語 に よ る 口演)
を 行 った 。
研 究 発 表 の 大 半 は,医 学 に関 連 した 基 礎
研 究,臨 床 研 究 に関 す る内 容 で あ った(表
合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ ウ ムで の 学 術 交 流 を 通 して,今 後 の
研 究 の 発 展 の 方 向 性 や 課 題 を 見 出 す こ とが で き,意 義 深
い もの にな った 。 また,ハ ル リム大 学 の 研 究 者 らの 語 学
力 の 高 さを 目の あ た り に した こ とや,領 域 を 越 え て 各 研
究 者 の 発 表 を 学 べ た こ と は,大 変 貴 重 な 経 験 で あ った 。
今 回 の 合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ ウ ムへ の 参 加 を 通 して,名 古
屋 市 立 大 学 の 研 究 者 と して,大 学 が 掲 げ る 「国 際 化 」 に
どの よ うに 貢 献 で き るの か を 深 く考 え る機 会 にな った 。
高 い コ ミュ ニケ ー シ ョ ン能 力 を も って 研 究成 果 を発 信 し,
学 術 交 流 を 通 して 研 鑑 を 積 ん で い くこ とが 研 究 者 な らび
に 大 学 組 織 の 研 究 レベ ル を 高 め,ひ い て は国 内 に と ど ま
らず 国 際 社 会 全 体 に貢 献 して い くこ と にっ な が る こ とを
感 じた 。
また,医 療施 設 や 博物 館 の見 学 を通 じて,韓 国 の歴 史 ・
文 化 背 景 を 含 め た 医 療 情 勢 を 学 ぶ こ とが で きた 。
来 年 度 の 合 同 学 術 シ ンポ ジ ウ ム は名 古 屋 市 立 大 学 で 開 催
され る予 定 で あ り,今 後 も継 続 して 看 護 学 部 か らの 研 究
者 の 参 加 が 望 まれ る。

Title Marital Relationship, Parenting Practices, and Social Skills Development in Preschool Children

Background: This study examined the pathways by which destructive and constructive marital flict leading to social skills development in preschool children, are mediated through negative
and positive parenting practices.
Methods: Mothers of 2,931 Japanese
children, aged five to six years, completed
self-report
naires regarding
their marital relationship
(the Quality of co-parental
communication
scale) and
parental
practices (the Alabama parenting
questionnaire).
The children's
teachers
evaluated
their
social skills using the Social skills scale.
Results: Path analyses revealed significant direct paths from destructive marital conflict to negative parenting practices and lower scores on the self-control component of social skills. In addition,
negative parenting practices mediated the relationship between destructive marital conflict and
lower scores on cooperation, self-control, and assertion. Our analyses also revealed significant
rect paths from constructive marital conflict to positive parenting practices, and higher scores on
cooperation and assertion. Positive parenting practices mediated the relationship between structive marital conflict and higher scores on self-control and assertion.
Conclusions: These findings suggest that destructive and constructive marital conflict may directly and indirectly influence children's social skills development through the mediation of parenting
practices.

When physical condition becomes worse, patients undergoing cancer treatment experience distressing symptoms and face fears of death. Such patients are in situation where recovery is difficult.
Therefore, this study is focused on self-recovery.
The purpose of this study was to develop the nursing
care model that was focused on self-recovery
for patients
undergoing
cancer treatment
during the downward
phase of the illness trajectory.
Self-recovery was defined as "an expression
of how to exist as individuals
living with other people in
in-teraction
with the environment".
This study adopted qualitative
approaches,
and comprised
of three
phases as follows :
(1) Drawing
up the nursing
care model
(2) Creating
the nursing
practice
indicator
using
reflection
(3) Examining
of feasibility
and
acceptability
of the nursing
care model
As a result, the nursing care model was consisted of self-recovery, nursing interventions, interaction including "reflection". In addition, the nursing care model was feasible and acceptable for nurses be-cause it helped them build a rich relationship with patients, independently practice, and raise sensi-tivity regarding self-recovery. The nursing care model enabled nurses to confirm meaningful nursing practice and directionality of holistic care.
