ほうろう用鋼板について Porcelain Enamelling Steel 原田 俊一(Shunichi Harada) 要旨 : 最近，ほうろう器物の生産が急速に増えてきている。そして，一回掛けほうろうが世界的 に，しだいに使われる傾向がある。川崎製鉄㈱は，一回掛けほうろう用鋼鈑として，脱炭 リムド鋼（KTS-M）を供給している。ほうろう用鋼板に要求される特性，およびほうろう 用鋼板の現状について述べる鋼板に対するほうろうの密着機構，および鋼中，または，鋼 表面にある種の元素が存在するときのほうろう特性を，いくつかの元素についてまとめた。 また一回掛けほうろう用の前処理済み鋼板の二三の例を紹介した。 Synopsis :
The production of porcelain enamelled ware has been expanding rapidly in last years, and the direction enamelling process tends to be used worldwide. Kawasaki Steel Corp. is supplying decarburized steel (KTS-M) for direct-on enamelling. The properties required for porcelain enamelling steel and the present situation of the steel are described. Mechanisms of adhesion of porcelain enamel on steel are reviewed. Enamelling properties in the case of existence of some elements in steel or on the surface of steel are summarized. A few pretreated-steels for direct-on enamelling are introduced which are considered to be useful for the wider application of direct-on enamelled products.
