Abstract
This study is case study and give light on the structure of profit and loss about the outpa-tient service for artificial dialysis department, as a target for some medical institution for im-plementing dialisys of dialytic patient.
Also, it provides a management method of staffing, considering Patient and Healthcare workers Safety, in the department of the outpatient service for artificial dialysis department, becoming difficult to secure a nurse recently.
Furthermore, based on the above, Budget chart, considering Patient and Healthcare workers Safety, is being discussed.
