慶應義塾ニューヨーク学院（高等部）では、学業および人格の優れた生徒への経済的補助 の一環として、新たに出願時に受け付ける、授業料の減免を目的とした奨学制度を設けま した。

奨学金支給について

2015年度 ＡＯ入試（秋季）

2015年度 一般入試

2015年度 ＡＯ入試（春季）

の志願者のうち、合計で3～ 6名を選出致します。

選出された者は初年度の授業料が全額免除となります。

（選考基準や予算等の都合により、全額ではなく一部を免除となる場合もあります。）

なお、翌年度からは本奨学金を受給している生徒の学業および学院での活動などを総合的 に判断し、慶應義塾ニューヨーク学院（高等部）奨学金委員会での審査を経て奨学金の継 続の可否が決定します。

申請資格について 以下全ての条件を満たすことが必要になります。

 慶應義塾ニューヨーク学院（高等部）の受験資格のある者（出願資格は募集要項をご 覧ください。）

 経済的理由で奨学金を申請する必要がある者 申請期間について 各入試出願期間に準じます。

必要書類について

 奨学金申請書に必要事項を記入してください。

 保護者の所得証明書（源泉徴収票またはそれに変わる正式な所得証明書、米国の場合 はW-2フォームと1040 TAXフォーム）のコピーを提出してください。所得証明書は、家 族全員分を提出してください。

上記必要書類を入試出願書類に同封し送付してください。

結果通知について

各入試合格通知とともに発送致します。

Keio Academy of New York Announcement of The Scholarship of Tuition Exemption Program for Applicants of Keio

Keio Academy of New York has launched a new scholarship to financially help those who excel in academics when applying to Keio Academy of New York.

The following exam applicants can apply for the new scholarship 2015 AO Exams (Fall)

2015 Entrance Examination 2015 AO Exams (Spring)

The new scholarship will be available for 3 to 6 successful applicants per school year.

For those who qualified, Keio Academy of New York will waive the first year tuition.

(Runners-up for this scholarship may qualify for half tuition waived)

For the second year, the continuation of the scholarship will be determined by the Scholarship Assessment Committee, which reviews the recipients’ overall performance at Keio Academy, both on academic and extra-curricular activities.

Qualifications

All applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Applicants must qualify to apply for Keio Academy of New York. Please refer to “Keio Academy of New York Application Form” for eligibility

Applicants must have a financial need to apply for this scholarship

Application Period for the scholarship.

A copy of the official total household income statement(s) of the parents (In Japan/Gensen-Choshu Tax Form or equivalent official tax form, In US/W-2 Form and 1040 Tax Form)

Scholarship awardees will be announced with the outcome of exam via mail.

2. Qualification for Applying

Students may apply for admission into the 9^th and 10^th grade of Keio Academy of New York if they meet one of the following criteria:

1) An applicant for the 9^th grade must be enrolled in the 8^th grade of primary education either inside or outside Japan (Japanese schools overseas inclusive), as of December 31 of the year before he/she wishes to enter the school. In addition, the applicant must expect to complete his/her 8^th grade by August 31 of the year he/she wishes to enter the school.

2) An applicant for the 10^th grade must be enrolled in the 9^th or 10^th grade of secondary education either inside or outside Japan (Japanese schools overseas inclusive), as of December 31 of the year before he/she wishes to enter the school. In addition, the applicant must expect to complete his/her 9^th or 10^th grade by August 31 of the year he/she wishes to enter the school.

 To apply, the applicant must submit his/her grades, attendance and academic records from 7^th though the current grade. If the applicant attended more than one school between 7^th grade and the current grade, please ask your previous school(s) to fill out the forms listed below. School officials may omit items that they cannot fill out; however, please make sure that they write reasons for omitting such information.

A summer pre-entry program is conducted as an integral part of all new students’

education.
