病院長あいさつ

Greetings from the Hospital's Director

　信州大学医学部附属病院（信大病院）は、1945年に市立松本病院を松本医学専門

学校附属病院として開院し、今年（2017年）６月で72年になります。現在、外科、

内科をはじめとして32診療科を標榜し、長野県唯一の国立大学病院であり、特定機

能病院としての役割を果たしています。信大病院は、“本院は診療・教育・研究を遂

行する大学病院としての使命を有し、また患者さんの人権を尊重した先進的医療を

行うとともに、次代を担う国際的な医療人を育てる”という理念を掲げています。

最先端の研究を行うことにより磨きをかけた先進的医療を皆様に提供し、その成果

を医学論文として国内外に発信するとともに、最新医療を担う医療人を育成するこ

とと考えています。

　707の病床を有する信大病院は、2016年に延べ22万人の入院患者さんと、延べ39

万人の外来患者さんの診療を行っています。また、医師652名、看護師807名を含め

た約1923名の精鋭スタッフが働いています。特定機能病院の他、災害拠点病院、都

道府県がん診療連携拠点病院、高度救命救急センター、地域周産期母子医療センタ

ー、長野県災害派遣医療チーム（長野県DMAT）指定病院、難病医療拠点病院など

23の指定をいただいています。

　最近の医療の進歩は目覚ましく、移植医療が身近になり、有効な抗がん剤の開発

により、がんも治癒できる疾患になりつつあります。また、内視鏡手術の普及も著

しく、ロボット手術と合わせて、短い入院期間でより侵襲の少ない手術を安全に提

供できるようになりました。平成30年４月にオープンする「包括先進医療棟」では

さらに、病院機能を強化します。ハイブリッド手術室を含めた手術室拡充と機能向

上により、難度の高い手術をより安全に行えるようになります。集中治療室も増室

し、重症患者さんを十分にケアーできる体制を強化します。また、産科および小児

科が連携して診療にあたる病棟も完成し、より安心できる出産が行えるようになり

ます。現在、県旭町庁舎にある信州がんセンター通院治療室も本棟１階に移転し、

今まで以上に快適ながん治療が受けられます。

　ただ、昨今の医療情勢は厳しさを増しており、信大病院といえども診療報酬の枠

組みの中で診療を行っており、経営的には厳しいものがあります。安全で安心な最

新医療を提供することが信大病院の最大の使命と考えていますので、許容できるご

不便に関しましてはご理解をお願い申し上げます。

　今後も私ども職員一丸となり、地域の皆さまに安心して受診していただけるよう

な質の高い医療をご提供できるよう努力してまいりますのでご支援、ご協力を何卒

沿　革

History

昭和19年 3月

松本医学専門学校設置

Mar. 1944 Matsumoto Medical College was founded.

昭和20年 6月

長野県からの寄付により市立松本病院（鷹匠町）を松本医学専門学校附属医院として開院、内

科、外科、産婦人科、皮膚泌尿器科、眼科、耳鼻咽喉科、小児科、物療科を置く

市立松本病院附設看護婦講習所も同時に移管

Jun. 1945 Matsumoto City Hospital was transferred by a donation from Nagano Prefecture transformed into the Matsumoto Medical College Hospital. In Matsumoto Medical College Hospital, Departments of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics-Gynecology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy were established.

Matsumoto City Hospital Training School of Nurses was also transferred to Matsumoto Medical College Hospital.

昭和23年 2月

松本医科大学設置

Feb. 1948 Matsumoto Medical School was established.

昭和24年 5月

国立学校設置法の施行により信州大学が設置され、松本医学専門学校及び松本医科大学は信州

大学に包括された

松本医学専門学校附属医院を信州大学医学部附属病院に改称

May 1949 With the enactment of the National School Establisment Law, the school of Medicine of Shinshu University was established, incorporating Matsumoto Medical College and Matsumoto Medical School.

Matsumoto Medical College Hospital was renamed Shinshu University Hospital.

第二外科及び神経科設置

Mar. 1950 The Second Department of Surgery and Neurology were established.

昭和26年 4月

第二内科及び放射線科増設、物療科を中央レントゲン部と物療室に分離

Apr. 1951 The Second Department of Internal Medicine and Radiology Department were established.

Physiotherapy was divided into the Radiology Center and Physiotherapy.

昭和28年 8月

眼科及び耳鼻咽喉科を旭町構内に移転

Aug. 1953 Ophthalmology and Otohinolaryngology were moved to the Asahi-machi Campus.

昭和31年 4月

整形外科学増設

Apr. 1956 Orthopedic Surgery was established.

昭和33年 10月

第一内科、第二内科及び事務部を旭町構内に移転

Oct. 1958 The First and Second Departments of Internal Medicine and the Administration Office of the University Hospital were moved to the Asahi-machi Campus.

薬局を薬剤部に改称

Apr. 1962 Dermatourology was divided into Dermatology and Urology.

The Pharmacy in the Hospital was renamed as the Department of Pharmacy.

中央手術部増設

Apr. 1963 The Operating Suite was added to the Central Facilities.

事務部に部長制が実施され、管理課及び業務課の二課を置く

Apr. 1964 The Administration Office was reorganized: The Administration and Services Divisions were established.
