Abbssttrraacctt:: In this paper, the several different borrowing ways of the Chinese loanwords, especially the transliterated features of the Chinese character words from Japanese have been discussed in detail. On the basis of it, both of the traditionally distinguished transliterated words and paraphrased words have been theoretically analyzed and the abuses of the very distinction have been pointed out at the same time.
