LATE ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and enjoy the facilities at SPA. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatments. Your treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. However, if no guest follows your booking, you can enjoy the full duration of your

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AND SMOKING
Please refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverage at least 3 hours before your treatments. Smoking is prohibited on the spa premises.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Hotel guests may also charge spa services to your hotel room.

Mobile phones, while a necessary part of modern living, are not permitted in any of our treatment rooms or relaxation lounges. CANCELLATION POLICY
3 hours notice must be given for cancellation or re-scheduling of any a la carte appoint-ment and 24 hours for any Spa collection. If less than 3 hours, 50% of the full price may be charged to the client’s account. All no-shows will incur a 100% charge as above. (Applicable when the reserved time slot is not filled.) All packages and products are non-refundable.
