A Note on Short Exact Sequences in the Geometry of Numbers

The purpose of this article is to show a ‘co’-version of the phenomenon described in the joint paper [1]. Our proof is almost the same as their one intrinsically. The difference is the direction of inequalities. This might suggest the existence of opposing arrow arguments in the geometry of numbers.
