RICE AERIAL APPLICATION – TANK MIXTURES WITH TOUCHDOWN TOTAL FOR USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH SLN NO AR08-0001 ALLOWING AERIAL
APPLICATION OF COMMAND 3ME
For aerial application of Touchdown Total in a two-way tank mix with Command 3ME on rice in Arkansas.
For aerial application of Touchdown Total in a three-way tank mix with Command 3ME and Sharpen as well as Methylated Seed Oil (MSO) on rice in Arkansas.
Follow all directions, restrictions and precautions on the EPA-approved label for each product in the tank mixture.
The user must refer to the federally approved Touchdown Total, Command 3ME and Sharpen labels, the federally and state approved SLN NO AR08-001 label, and read and follow all applicable directions for use, restrictions, and precautions.
This state supplemental label, SLN NO AR08-0001 label and appropriate Section 3 labels all must be in the possession of user at the time of pesticide application.
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
This recommendation should be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application.
This recommendation is made as permitted by Section 2(ee) of FIFRA, as amended, and has not been submitted to or approved by the EPA.
