Product: Fusilade ® DX Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 100-1070) in a tank mix with TouchdownTotal® Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 100-1169), Touchdown HiTech™ Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 100-1182), Touchdown® CT (EPA Reg. No. 100-1212) or other glyphosate products registered for fallow acres. Additionally, tank mixes with AAtrex®(EPA Reg. No. 100-497), Amber®(EPA Reg. No. 100- 768), RaveTM(EPA Reg. No. 100-927), 2,4-D and dicamba

products registered for use on fallow acres.

Use: Lower rates of Fusilade DX alone or in tank mixes to control

conventional and Roundup Ready® corn in fallow areas. The tank mix partner must be labeled for use in fallow areas.

States: Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Lower rates of Fusilade DX alone or with tank mix partners in fallow areas for the control of volunteer conventional or Roundup Ready corn. Refer to the table below for recommended rates.

Tank Mix Partner Fusilade DX

Rate Adjuvant

Fusilade DX alone

6 - 8 oz/A COC at 1% v/v Touchdown brands or other

glyphosate products

6 - 8 oz/A COC at 0.25% v/v + AMS at 17 lbs/100 gal 1

AAtrex 8 - 10 oz/A COC at 1% v/v

Amber, Rave, 2,4-D or dicamba 8 - 10 oz/A NIS at 0.25% v/v + COC at 0.25% v/v

1 For products like Touchdown Total or Touchdown CT that already contain

surfactant, no additional NIS is needed. If Touchdown HiTech or other glyphosate formulations containing no surfactants are used, then add NIS at 0.25 % v/v. This adjuvant is in addition to the 0.25% COC.

Use the lower rate listed in the table only under the following conditions:

• Application under favourable soil moisture and humidity conditions which

normally occurs within a few days after rainfall. Avoid extreme air temperatures.

• Application when volunteer corn is less than 24 inches tall.

If the above conditions do not exist use the higher rate.

(2)

Fusilade DX will not control volunteer corn that emerges after application.

Conduct a jar test to determine compatibility of products prior to mixing in the spray tank, if no previous experience with the mixture.

RESTRICTIONS:

Do not plant rotational grass crops such as corn, sorghum, and cereals within 60 days after the application of Fusilade DX.

The most restrictive labelling for any individual product applies when tank mixing.

The user must refer to the federally approved Fusilade DX, AAtrex, Amber, Rave, 2,4-D, dicamba, Touchdown Total, Touchdown HiTech, Touchdown CT (or other glyphosate formulations registered for fallow areas) labels and read and follow all applicable directions for use, restrictions, and precautions.

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labelling.

This recommendation should be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application.

This recommendation is made as permitted by Section 2(ee) of FIFRA, as amended, and has not been submitted to or approved by the EPA.
