DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
This FIFRA Section 24(c) label and the EPA-registered Touchdown HiTech label must be in the possession of the user at the time of application.
Follow all applicable directions, restrictions, Worker Protection Standard requirements, and precautions this 24(c) label and on the EPA-registered product label.
Environmental Hazards: Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash water or rinsate.

Preemergent Application to Winter Squash: Apply to emerged annual weeds at 10 to 20 fl oz/A after winter squash is planted but before the crop has emerged. Touchdown HiTech may be tank-mixed with residual herbicides for preemergence use. Consult the federally approved Touchdown HiTech label for approved tank mix partners and additional use directions.
Follow directions listed in the Application and Mixing Directions, Spray Additives, and Application Equipment and Techniques sections of the federally approved label. Refer to Weeds Controlled for application rates.
Precautions and Restrictions
Do not apply if crop seeds are exposed due to poor row closure during planting.
Do not apply if radicle has emerged or the soil covering the seeds is cracking indicating crop germination.
When applying postplant, do not use on coarse soils or soils with less than 1% organic matter.
Chemigation: Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.
