要 旨〕
本稿 は,平成20年 に 経済連携協定 (EPA) に基づいて外 国人看護師候補者 としてイン ドネシア人 2名 を受 け入 れ,看護 師国家試験合格 に導 いた一病 院の取 り組 みの報告 と, イ ン ドネシア人看護 師候補者 か ら の勉 強方法 についての報告 をまとめた ものである｡候補者の努力 ,組織 としての病院や周 囲の人々のサポー トが成功 につ なが ったが, 日本語 と試験 問題 の勉 強 は別 々に行 うので はな く,過去 問 をテキス トとして使 用 し,その中で言語 と専 門知識 を学習す る方法が効果があ った と考 え られ る｡ しか しなが ら,多 くの施設 が この協定 による受 け入 れ を負担 に感 じてお り,その負担 を軽減す る意味 において も,合格 までの期 間の 延長や試験 問題 の見直 しな どが求め られる｡1)社会医療法人嵐陽会三之町病院 Ranyoukai Health-CareCorpontlOnSarnod10Hospital
24 聖路加看護大学紀要 No372011.3. タイルでの学習 を支摸することが大 きな効果 を生むと感 じた｡ 学習面でのサポー ト以外 に精神面でのサポー トとして, 各種 イベ ン トや金城負の精神的なサポー トが彼 らの支え となったのは間違いないO三之町病院での調査終了後, 病院の玄関まで見送 りにいらして下 さった看護科総師長, 総務課主任 と一緒 に候補者たちが私の乗 ったタクシーが 見えな くなるまで見送って くれた態度 を見て,看護師 と しての彼 らの未来 を見た気が した｡
