スチールライニング工法によるシールドトンネル補強技術 Steel Lining Method for Shield Tunnel Reinforcement

要旨 : 通信ケーブル用トンネルや共同溝など,活線状態のライフラインが設置されたシールドト ンネルの補修・補強工法として,「スチールライニング工法」を開発・実用化した。同工法 は,鋼管を軸方向に二分割し,フランジと差込継手を設けた「二分割鋼管セグメント」を 既設トンネルに敷設する工法である。本工法による補強トンネルの構造安全性を確認する ために,φ825mm の縮小モデルで圧縮試験を実施し,良好な結果を得た。その後,φ 3850mm の鋼管セグメントを用いた実工事により,施工性能・止水性能を確認した。本工 法によれば,既設トンネルの有効断面を損なうことなく,活線状態のままで安全に短工期 で,既設老朽トンネルの補強工事を行うことができる。 Synopsis :

A Steel Lining Method suitable to repair or reinforce a shield tunnel in service for communication cables and pipelines has been developed. The method sets up two split-type steel pipe segments which have flange joints and spigot joins in the tunnel. The effectiveness of the method was checked experimentally by compressive tests with φ825mm structural models and confirmed the safety of the reinforced tunnel. On-site operation of the method with φ3850mm segments proved the excellent performance of the segments in construction and water-sealing. The method realizes to reinforce a shield tunnel with a minimum reduction of the cross-section area of the tunnel. The operation of the method for a tunnel in service can be performed in safety and in a short term without giving damage to existing cables and pipes.
