It’sexplainedaboutEAFONS2019andourresearchworkthe22ndtimebythisreport.EastAsianursing person forum (EAFONS)meeting washeld the22nd timein SingaporeFURAMA Riverfronthotelfrom January17,2019tothe18th.Thismeetingisanexcellentinternationalconferenceforaspecialistofnursingin EastAsiaarea.Sowedidaposterannouncementabout“Studyofliteratureonlifeskillsthatfocusoneating habitsofpatientswithinflammatoryboweldisease”.

Theaim ofEastAsianForum ofNursingScholars(EAFONS)istostrengthenandpromotehighquality doctoraleducation in nursing aswellascreatean academicenvironmentand socialization forEastAsian Scholarsthroughinternationalcollaborationandcooperation.
Thisyear’sthemeisthepreparation ofanew decadeofdoctoraleducation and research,and Itwas “innovation,change,new dynamism”.
Morethan800nursingscholarsandpractitionersattendedthemeeting.Duringthetwo-daysevent,65oral presentationsand669posterpresentationsin20themesweregivenbyparticipantsfrom allovertheworld.

Inflammatoryboweldisease(IBD:Ulcerativecolitis,Crohn’sdisease)developsatayoungage.Patientsneed tobeonlong-term medicationanddiet.Thesymptomsarediarrheaandabdominalpain,andthesymptomsare unstable.Symptom controlaffectsthepatient’sQOL.Lifeskillsarenecessaryforpatientswithinflammatory boweldiseasetocarryoutdietaryintakeandmedicationaccordingtotheirsymptoms.However,thereisno researchonlifeskillstomakeadiettailoredtopatientswithinflammatoryboweldisease.Therefore,wewill
clarify thetrend ofresearch on thedietand lifeskillsofpatientswith inflammatory boweldisease,and examinethesupportmethod.

ound
Patientswithinflammatoryboweldisease(IBD:Ulcerativecolitis/Crohn’sdisease)havereportedthatself -careassistanceinnutritionandpsychological/socialsupportareimportantforimprovingqualityoflife(QOL)in termsofrelateddietissues.Someresearchhasbeendoneinthisregard.However,thesestudiesarecentered ontherapy;nonehasclearlyaddressedlifeskillsforpracticingdiettherapy.

WeaimedtoclarifytheresearchtrendsinlifeskillsfocusingonthedietofpatientswithIBD anduseour resultsasbasicdatatoconsidermethodsforsupport.

hods
Itanalyzed10onesaboutlifeskillsoftheinflammatoryboweldiseasebythecontentsfrom 25piecesof literaturethatsearching.wasextractedfrom themedicalcentermagazineWebintheoriginalpaperi n2003-2017bythekeywordin“theinflammatory-bowel-disease”“themeal”“thelife”“thesupport”“theincurable disease”anditreviewedthem qualitatively.Itcalculatedtherateofcocordanceoftheclassificationintothe categorywhichdependsonthreenursingresearcherstosecurethereliabilityofthecategoryinthearithmetic expressionofScott.W.A.

Tendocumentswereextracted:4on“Psychological/SocialImpactofDisease,”2on“MedicalLifeandQOL,” 2on“Patient‘sHealthandWelfareNeeds,”and1eachon“CommunicationviaMeals”and“Self-managementof Patients”(Table1).Therateofconcordanceofthecategoryclassificationusingthearithmeticexpressionof Scott.W.A.was80.0%,90.0% ,andasforthecategory,inthereliability,securing.lifeskillsistheskilltocope moreconstructivelytothedailyhappeningvariousproblemsandtherequestsandeffectively:astheresearch trendin14yearsofthepasts,thepatientintheshow.futuremustreview thecontentsoftheeducationoflife skillstopracticeaboutallresearchinthedifficultyincaseofeatinghabitthattheonewhichwordsand phrases,lifeskills,wereusedforisof.ofnothavingbeenhoweverrelatedtolifeskillsandtheproblem.

Thedifficultyineatinghabitsrelatedtolifeskillsandtheproblemswereclarifiedonclassifyingtheresearch trendsonlifeskillsfocusingontheeatinghabitsoftheIBD patientsthroughcontentanalysisandbasicdata reviewingwaysofsupportweresuggested.
