This paper described the outline of a full-scale measurement measuring the SHIBUYA HIKARIE , commencing in April 2012 in order to understand the wind-induced vibration on high-rise buildings. Full-scale measurements were taken using ultra sonic anemometer and sarbo type acceleration meter. And it also described results of characteristics of wind velocity and wind direction and wind-induced acceleration when typhoon No.1217 hit the Kanto area. A maximum ten minutes mean wind velocity was 30.1m/s , maximum wind velocity was 41.8m/s and wind direction was from east-south-east direction toward south direction.
