Abstract
This article has aimed to clarify the feature of the local governments that positively did the mass media measures under the 2009 H1N1 pandemic.
The citizens learn under the 2009 H1N1 pandemic through the mass media like infor-mation on the H1N1 influenza virus and inforinfor-mation on the measures of the administra-tion, etc. Therefore, the problem how according to what timing passes on effective infor-mation to the mass media becomes an important problem as measures of the country and the local government.
Therefore, it clarifies it by analyzing the survey to the local government that executed it in August, 2012 though what feature the local government that measures the mass me-dia under the 2009 H1N1 pandemic as part of an administrative public relations.
要 約 本稿は、2009 年に発生した新型インフルエンザ・パンデミック下で、マスメディア対応 を積極的に行っていた地方自治体の特徴を明らかにすることを目的としている。 新型インフルエンザ・パンデミック下で、市民は、新型インフルエンザウイルスに関す る情報、行政の対応に関する情報などマスメディアを媒介にして知る。そのため、国や地 方自治体の対策として、有効な情報を、誰が、どのようなタイミングで、どのようにマス メディアに伝えるかという問題が、重要な課題となる。 そのため、2009 年に発生した新型インフルエンザ・パンデミック下において、マスメデ ィア対応を積極的に行っていた地方自治体にはどのような特徴があるのか、2012 年 8 月に 実施したアンケート調査を分析することで明らかにする。 キーワード
