(2) The role of the Chinese community that supports the medication behavior of the elderly with chronic diseases. LIU. NAN. Keyword：the elderly with chronic, the medication behavior, the role of the Chinese community The World Health Organization has pointed out that chronic diseases have become one of the world's public health problems. With the acceleration of Chinese aging, the increasing burden of chronic diseases with the elderly has become an urgent issue by government departments, in recent years, who have paid more important roles in health services for the elderly. However, through the introduction of the urban health service system, the problem of inappropriate medication for elderly patients with chronic diseases is serious. This research is a survey for how social capital influences the elderly health behaviors with chronic diseases at the Health Center of Town A in Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan, China.For research purpose ： To clarify the processes that affect the health behavior of elderly chronic disease patients at the Health Center in town A, WuHou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. For research questions: 1. MRQ: What is the process of social capital affecting the health behavior of elderly patients with chronic diseases? 2. SRQ1: Will social capital affect the health behavior of elderly patients with.

SRQ3: How does eHealth literacy affect the health behavior of elderly patients with chronic diseases? In Chapter 2 after Chapter 1, we reviewed the literature on social capital theory, health literacy theory, eHealth literacy theory, and healthy behavior theory. In Chapter 3, the hypothesis is based on the previously studied theories. Then, in order to test this hypothesis, as a method, we will explain the overview of the health behavior survey of elderly patients with chronic diseases carried out in cooperation with the Health Center of Town A in Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Chapter 4 introduces the analysis results, such as the description, reliability and validity of the data obtained. Chapter 5 discusses, Chapter 6 explains the answers to the research questions, the theoretical significance of this research, practical significance and future prospects..
